Can anyone enlighten me as to where the DS Archive went? Specifically Blackjack's corner and the CLUE files.
Redjack
It has all been merged into the Shadowrun forum.

They simply haven't been restored after the server migration last year. Very low priority, as neither of them have been updated in forever.

Hmm, these seem contradictory. Redjack, would you mind providing a link? I can understand that it is not top priority, but if it is somewhere, I would very much like to know.

I misread the post, sorry. I was referring the dumpshock archives. Adam is correct in regards to the other files.

As someone who came to this forum trying to figure out what happened to the CLUE Archives, I would like to politely request that they be restored, even if nothing new is being added to them. Thank you.

Just a short note, but exactly how does an active poster go about getting a '0' post count? Not that I want it or anything, but I am quite curious. biggrin.gif

Well we can edit it in for you. smile.gif Other than that, I'd say a glitch. Is it causing you consternation?

As I said, it piqued my curiosity, rather than raised my hackles of concern. I found it interesting. Interesting enough to comment on. And in so commenting, I chose to ask a general question, both in the hope of an actual answer and to call attention to the anomaly so that some kind wandering moderator such as yourself might be inspired to look into the matter. Was I amiss in doing so?

Damn, I still find Blackjack and the CLUE stuff to be the most entertaining stuff around - even if its not current, it's definitely worth bringing back.

I had seen some of this after the upgrade, but was not aware that it was occurring after that. If there is someone in particular who has this issue, shoot me a PM and I will fix it.

The issue is that these (and all other non-restored content) are in an off-line back up at an ultra-secure location. All extraction teams have met with TPK at this point. I will advise if a team is ever successful in retrieving them.

On a side note, I think a run to procure the missing files would make for a great tournament con!!

PM's are a pain! wink.gif

Fred Sloniker seems to be having this problem. He is the person that posted immediately prior to where I first mentioned the anomaly. smile.gif

That has to be the first time I've ever heard Adam's ass referred to as "ultra-secure."

Seriously, I get requests constantly for the NSRCG, and looking for it on Google turns up many others looking for it. Just so that you know: it is a priority for some people.

You can find the latest version of the NSRCG here or here, courtesy of Stahlseele.
