I'm about to move to Sioux Falls and I want to know if there are any Runners that far from civilization.

Sioux Falls is actually quite more built up than I thought it was, and that was like 10 - 15 years ago when I was up there (I have an uncle and his family up there). As for gamers, no flipping clue.
