To make custom vehicle modifications (specifically in this game: adding concealed armor to a truck, turbocharging the engine, chameleon coating a drone, and gecko tips for a drone), it seems plans are required first. Arsenal has some general rules for finding plans, but no guidelines for price.

Any thoughts on how much NuYen should be charged for players to get plans on vehicle mods in an SRM campaign?

As all but the concealed armor mod is perfectly legal (and that one is surely common) they should be able to find open source versions of the plans by using the Data Search rules (p.128, Arsenal). There really doesn't need to be a cost.

If they can't find them on their own, they should be able to find them through a friend's character or a contact fairly easily. In either case, it's a minor-ish favor.
