Purpose: To explore and gain a deeper understanding of magic as it relates to followers of the invisible path.

Strictures: Attendance, Exclusive Membership, Fraternity, Secrecy, Oath
Resources/Dues: Low Resources, 100¥ per game month dues.
Description and Customs: Since the invisible path has more than its share of spies and thieves, initiation is difficult for ‘independent contractors.’ It’s difficult to know who to trust, and more importantly, rivals may wish to do away with the competition. This is especially so for former company operatives who’ve gone off the reservation. Thus Silence and Shadow owes no allegiances, save to its members.
Meetings are held in secret, randomly chosen locations. Members arrive physically and/or magically masked to maintain anonymity. All members must swear an oath to neither reveal other members they may know nor reveal the existence of the group. Failure to live up to these strictures varies by violation. However, serious breaches can necessitate turning over evidence of past crimes to the proper authorities.
