We have recently finished implementing a new toplevel view style that will allow you to view all of the forums including all of their subforums in a single page, rather than having to drill down through the forums to get there. This is an OPTIONAL style that can be selected by making a change in your User Profile.

To enable the new style, simply change "Forum View" to "Global".
