Full Version: Diana: Warrior Princess

Diana: Warrior Princess is based on a simple premise. In the distant future, there is some public fascination with historical figures and events of the 20th century. This interest is sufficient to justify both a long-running New Zealand-filmed syndicated television show based on that time period, and it's spin off. And those television shows were popular enough to justify a Pen & Paper role playing game. Diana: Warrior Princess is that role playing game.

Diana: Warrior Princess strives to present the 20th Century with the same degree of historical accuracy with which Xena: Warrior Princess presents ancient Greece.

QUOTE
Diana, Princess of Wales rides around in shining white motorcycle leathers on a semi-sentient motorbike, doing battle with the war-god, Landmines, and Bonnie Prince Charlie, from whom she took her mystic powers of Royalty. She is aided by Fergie, the Barbarian Red Ken and Wild Bill Gates, while Tony the Vampire Slayer battles the sorceress Thatcher and her masked assassin Archer.

There's also a supplement dealing with the United States called Elvis: The Legendary Tours.

The game system is very rules like, designed to facilitate flavorful anachronism stew rather than hardcore competition, but still functional.

I'm wondering if anyone here has played it.

Tell me you are joking. Please. Next thing we know we'd have Elvis would be battling Jacko the Gloved One.

Hyz is apparently not joking:
