Full Version: You should really care about the TOS

Thank those good guys and gals down at the Electronic Frontier Foundation for putting together a site to track the TOS changes of 44 (and counting) major internet services. As they explain in the article anouncing the launch of the service, most internet users are not aware of the TOS agreements they make to use services they rely upon. TOSBack is an attempt to make the information more available and, more importantly, render changes far more legible by highlighting changed sections and doing so in real time.

For game relevence: how long do you reckon until this is mentioned somewhere in the canon of an RPG? It seems a sane, useful kind of metaservice.

it will be mentioned when we start Roleplaying boring stuff like TOS. GURPS Courtroom, here we come!

/holding out for D20 Courtroom.
//still a good post.

FUDGE: Courtroom was better that D20 Courtroom and D20 Courtroom Antics combined. Though, I have to say that the D20 Lawyer's Manual did have some of the scariest monsters ever.

PS Jokes aside, the TOS change monitor is a pretty cool idea.
