what skill are you suggestiong be used to determine what the rating of this chemical is...computer or bio scanner would not work for something that is manually applied using the disguise skill...

The paste is manually applied but it is programmed by your commlink or a bio scanner just like other masks. That way you can be sure of an authentic look.
