It is part of CharEd but I made it stand-alone as well. After the group's hacker decided he wanted all software to max rating for entire group for "free" through piracy I noticed that there should be a MOUNTAIN of extended tests where glitches means the software is not available. In addition, obtaining gear, decryption etc. is something I wanted to have a fast easy answer without having to resort to "Oh well, it's auto-win with extended tests, nevermind you get everything"
