Why is there no Fast Reply button in the Runs and Run Ideas Forum threads?

For some reason it wasn't turned on for that forum. Thanks for pointing it out -- it's been corrected now.

Is there anyway you can change or eliminate the ALT-F command to enable/disable Fast Replies? It's pretty annoying for anyone who regularly uses hotkeys in Windows, considering it's the default one to access the FILE pull-down menu.

And why would anyone want to toggle it on and off on the fly anyway? I don't get it.
