Shadowrun is not produced by Wizkids they own the licence that is all everything for Shadowrun and other RPG's is done by Catalyst Game Labs and I think it's Red Brick Games for Earthdawn.
Wizkids as I read the news is stopping production on Hero clix and any other collectable mini's they make that are not sports related.

True, shadowrun is produced by other companies.. but Wizkids owns the license, they are renting it out to third parties to produce the books, etc.
All of its product lines are expected to be discontinued, and the only one it specifically mentioned any attempt at finding alternative avenues for production are the Heroclix line
I'm sure shadowrun won't be hurt by the move... but unless the IP rights get transferred to another company, I have a hard time seeing any new books being published for the setting.

There will be no changes on our end; our contract with Topps is valid and will continue to be honored.
[Also, FASA, not WizKids, owns Earthdawn.]

@ Adam I meant Red Brick Games is the company that puts out Earthdawn Material not that they are the owners Sorry if that didn't come across clearly.
