I'm making an assassin style character in the literal ancient Arabic sense (think Altair without all the technobabble and Muslim!). So I want to have him have a cyberspur/wrist spike thing like he did, I know how to do that with cyberware but would I do poison charges in the blade or handrazors or whatever? Would it be a variation on auto-injectors?? I'm probably just missing something, but any education by the good folks of dumpshock would be greatly appreciated.

A chemical gland + weapon reservoir (Augmentation) would work.

And that's all internal? I usually GM so I don't have to worry about particulars for alot of things, but I want to make sure everything is square with my GM. The goal is to have a sort of reloadable rattlesnake like spike that comes out of the palm of my hand will jam the guy, inject the venom and than allow me to reload it with a different toxin if possible.

yep, all internal.
and there are even more ways to do something like that O.o
i don't know if it is still the same way, but at least in 3rd ed, you even got immune to the stuff your chemical gland produced in your very own body too . .

Yeah the easiest way I've seen are nanite injections, of course there was some piece of bioware that would make one complete immune to toxins, that'd probably be desirable given the variety of controlled substances I'd like to be using.

The Akiyama Cyborg in my game has a similar concept, each arm contains a cyberspur with a 6-dose auto-injector built into it and a cybersquirtgun. Right now his payloads are 6 doses of Leal, 6 doses of Bliss, a mag of Freeze foam, and a mag of DMSO/Slab cocktail. We went with Auto-injectors because chemical glands are bioware (which he can't have) even though by RAW they only work on yourself. Mechanics-wise "his" spurs have a tube running through them which the injectors are attached to allowing them to dispense an injection-vectored drug on command of his DNI. It works for us as a cyber option to something normally only available as bioware.
