Watching some episodes of Defying Gravity (yes, it isn't so great, but I was stuck on an airplane).
About 10 min into the third episode, the character AJ gets locked out of work.
I think you might look at it as an 'example' of low key Corp Sec.
Anyone else seen it? Opinions?

Me neither. Can't comment, because of the above. What was the situation?

An example of 'corp sec' in action. We all read about it, or RP it, but here is a visual example.
Setting is a high tech center, and someone has had their access revoked.
As they attempt to enter, their pass is denied, and the interaction between the plain clothes 'corp sec', and the 'wage slave' is good.

Usually happens to me with my flex key at my old workplace. Usually they cancel the flex key every six months and I have to go to the secretaries and whine about it.
You can also with repeated entry and exits cause the system to lock out your key, thinking there are duplicates runnign around, which means a phone call during the day to security. Had that happen with one door which it thought could not be accesssed mere moments after the next one.
You can always leave a place. But it means the doors behind you lock you out.
