Ok this is my first build for a Technomancer so I'm not sure I got this one right. Any help would be appreciated.
Now couple of points the game Im in is running at 500bp to start with and whilst no restrictions on stuff its all GM approval. The only house rule that I can think is important to the build aspect is all players get perception equal to their intuition for free. The reason for this is we are playing a higher level campaign and it implies that people have the ability to pay attention and not get killed off.

Biomoniter and R6 medkit
Normal bits and pieces (fake sins and lifestyles)

Jimmy the Nose (fixer) C3 L1)
Steve the Wrench (Mechanic C2 L1)
The way Im seeing him at the moment is using the drone as a watch dog for his meat body or as a rigged body depending on if he needs to get out of the van.
I know hes not very min maxed but thats partly to match in with the rest of the group and has plenty of growth room in upgrading the drones with the help of his mechnic contact

No Registering? You will regularly want to have more than one sprite or use the services of a bound sprite, so at least one point is a must. Plus I wouldn't buy Edit or Browse, those can easily be threaded, and both Shield and Armor at 6 plus two offensive programs sound like overkill unless you want to lock horns with every spider and IC along the way.
Depending on how much rigging you want to do you might also want to put a few points in ECCM and Encrypt (hey, at least it slows them down...)

err.... i don't think you can take codeslinger on 'hacking'.
it's for a specific matrix action, not for all uses of a skill.

Pick up the ECCM complex form as soon as you can. TMs are very vulnerable to jamming.
Consider getting your Guardian another point of RC - i think a folding stock accessy ought to do it, but i'm away from books right now. If you want to rig your drone, pick up Dodge. Or don't bother - machine sprites can do that just fine.
Codeslinger is fairly worthless, and you cannot take it for Hacking. You have to take it for a very specific matrix action, you can find the list in the matrix section. For a TM, however, codeslinger can work for sprite compiling or threading, which is useful - but there are other qualities that do it better. Heck, even martial arts can help you more(If you're a Willpower stream, the Focus Will maneuver helps with drain, as long as you have a moment to concentrate beforehand).
Swap it for a Matrix Paragon(unwired) and Analytical Mind(rc), and I think you'll get better mileage. AM gives +2 dice on Software and Data Search(not skill levels, slight difference), so its a bargian buy for a TM to boost threading. For DS3,Comp4,software4. you're paying 48BP. Grab analytical mind, change the skills to Electronics Group 4, and you actually gain a dice on your threading, while freeing up some build points, and getting the ever-useful Hardware skill for free as part of it group.
With your newfound 8 points, consider some more skills.
Gunnery, for your vehicle weapons. Mechanic, to fix your stuff. Automatics, because machine pistols and smg's are great, and about as concealable as a heavy pistol. Registering, because damn, having more than one sprite is awesome, and sprites are awesome, and ignoring them is a terrible terrible thing to do. First aid, because not having to default to save a team mate is great.
Or you could get some more gear. An EVO Orderly with a machine sprite(first aid/medicine autosoft powers) inside makes a surprisingly good doctor - and can even handle low-grade implant repair and installation as well(augmentation. threshold 4-8 isn't bad at all). Form-fitting body armor is a great choice for anyone, even if its just a half-suit. Consider drugs. There are some fairly good ones out there, for boosting logic-linked skills or getting extra initiative passes when you have to leave VR behind. Jammers are great, and toolkits are useful. A spare Bike and emergency handgun(i'm a fan of the light fire), aren't a bad idea either.
Hope that helps.

Perhaps Lansdren wants
Codeslinger (hack on the fly)?

Everyone else has mentioned Codeslinger already.
You have 1 too many Complex Forms. You are restricted to 2xLogic at character creation when using BP, SR4A p88.
May want to pick up Registering.
Infiltration is great and a runner staple, but you may want to lower it a little bit. You'll likely find yourself in the van most runs.
About the unarmed combat. You'll have a dice pool of 6 in melee combat, the defender will get REA + Dodge to avoid. If you think 6 dice will be enough to hit on the opposed tests, ok. Personally, I don't think you can bank on it, and you'll likely only need to use this as a "oh shit" situation and you want those to WORK. If you really like it, or consider it a part of your concept, then consider giving yourself a specialization with shock gloves to help your odds a bit. If you're thinking of getting the Resonance Trodes Echo it'll definitely be useful for that, but it can wait.
Gunnery if you're going to do any rigging that involves a drone with a weapon. Just a suggestion.
That's all I can think of at the moment.

Thanks everyone for the input, this is a bit of a challenge for me as Ive never put one of these together before and I do appreciate your help.
Taking some of the above on board we have
Stats = Stayed the same
Living personal = stayed the same
Qualities
Paragon blackhat - 5
Analytical Mind - 5
Removed codeslinger (thanks everyone)
Complex forms
Analyze, Shield, Stealth and Exploit at 5
Command and ECCM at 4
Attack and Blackhammer at 3
Encrypt at 2
Smartlink 1 (unrated really but 1 for creation costs)
Active skills
Electronics. Cracking groups at 4
Influence group at 2
Compiling at 4
Pistols and Pilot ground craft, pilot aircraft, Infiltration and gunnery at 3
Registering at 2
Dodge at 2
and added in two extra drones
Evo ordely
Lockheed Vulcan (with extra mechanic kit and autosoft)
My intention is as money comes in from runs to upgrade / buy more drones with particular emphasis on sensors and responses and as Karma comes in to up his Technomantic goodness with some submersions and nice echoes (Overclocking, immersion, advanced overclocking to start with)

What exactly is his focus??? I think thats the problem with most technos/hackers. People just build them and expect them to be generalists whilst with other types of characters they intuitivily specialize, like with street wizards who focus on specific spells or with spirits, adepts who limit themselves to melee or ranged or social, etc.

To be honest mostly a generalist as such. Most of the bad feeling for Technomancers seems to come from them being incredibly gifted in one area if they are twinked out for it. My intention is something a bit more rounded and some drone stuff in there for utility over time. I see the concept as one with growth in many directions which will both stop silly limelight hogging and give different opportunities depending on what direction I want to take.
