Does the heal spell allow you to heal someone who has taken overflow damage?
Page 244 under Stabilization seems to suggest otherwise. Last sentence states:

"Once a character has been stabilized, First aid, Medicine, and/or magical healing may be applied as normally."

It would also make the stabilization spell much more critical to the team.

What is the base time for the spell? Is it the same as first aid?
