I could see something based on the 'Ancient West' where every Hollywood stereotype of the Old West is played out with floor shows, sawdust, Injuns, 'black hat' villains etc - they would have a bias towards Humans only "as it fits the theme" however if your cred is big enough they will allow anyone in.
