Right. Some Dingus McGee pointed me here. wink.gif

Anyway, I'm currently away form home, but am looking for a group near my house. I live in Pikeville, NC, but work at Seymour-Johnson AFB in Goldsboro. My wife and I are both gamers (Shadowrun, D&D, etc etc...), and are looking for a group to join. cool.gif

Some info about us...

I have been gaming since 1992; my wife a little longer - She teethed on dice. biggrin.gif I have played Shadowrun (2nd and 3rd ed) since about 98, and have GMed since about '00. I haven't picked up 4th ed yet, but that will probably happen within the next few months. cool.gif As for D&D, we're both on 3.5, though our DM'ing books are all 3rd. biggrin.gif

My favorite Shadowrun character was a Decker I had made when I first got the 2nd Ed books. He lasted until about 2001 or 2002 when he was killed during a run. In his lifetime, he had amassed over 100 good karma, and had changed his name 3 times. biggrin.gif His deck was better than the best Fuchi - an MPCP of 14. eek.gif heh, I once had a Hacking roll with something around 52 dice - and hit a TN of 42. The GM simply dropped his jaw and said, "Um, yeah... you, um, do it." biggrin.gif

So, we'd like to find players near home, and get some hardcore gaming in. cool.gif

Yup... already did that. wink.gif

Unfortunately, the folk on that map in NC are up by Raleigh, etc... a good 2 hours away. frown.gif

Here's hoping there's others not on the map. biggrin.gif
