OK, here's Hans:

Hans description:
Hans is a blond haired, blue eyed troll, a little over seven feet tall, and about 350 (exatly Shaquile O’Niel’s size). He has very fine features for a troll, and is even considered good looking by some humans. Put horns on Kluas Kinsky’s head, and you’ve pretty much got him, wrinkles and all (hey, how many trolls have a charisma of 5?). He wears his hair combed straight back. His horns come from the side of his head and go sideways before they go up, more like a bulls than a goats. His hat wears the same as a normal human does.
His clothes are the best that can be bought at Lordstroms, although nothing that would be considered “tres chic”. Typical would be a dark blue suit, with a lighter blue shirt, a striped tie with both shades of blue, as well as black and silver. Dress shoes with soft soles for running and sneaking complete the basic suit, with a wide brimmed fedora and overcoat to block the ever present Seattle rain over the top when not in the office. If he’s gotta wear a suit to work, it may as well be a good looking suit.
The only thing out of the ordinary is his belt with is woven from black bear fur.

James 'Grey' Ragland is one tough son-of-a-bitch, and likely one of the smartest Orks you'll ever know. He isn't a looker and doesn't get along with a lot of people, but he couldn't really give a rats ass either. He is good at his job and thats all he cares about. Most of the time you'll see him in the shop, tinkering away on his van or one of the Stato-9s that he uses. He wears blue jean coveralls with a white t-shirt, which is covered in grease stains most of the time. There is hardly ever a time that you'll see him without a cigar between his teeth, except when he's going to meet the Captain, then he does his best to look clean and proper.

Kara O'Riley is one smooth customer. She carries herself with a glacial lethality, and looks good without ever having to try. She's not one to deny herself any luxury, but she's also not about to shy away from dirty work. Kara has to be one of Internal Affairs favorite officers, because despite having a sparkling record, she lives in a posh Downtown loft, wears designer clothes everywhere she goes, and drives a Porsche Winter.

Toys

Carlos Mason is one of the grumpiest dwarves you're ever likely to meet. He's a hermetic mage who has spent several years serving on combat response teams in E rated neighborhoods, sometimes going to Z neighborhoods in emergencies. He's kind of thin for a dwarf, but he's pretty tough. He focuses mainly on combat magic.

Sergeant Rock Striker is muscular, even for an ork, though he isn't especcially big for one. He's an expert in pistols and close combat. A natural leader, Rick had been in charge of a 5-man SWAT element until he joined the Asgard division. In addition to his aforementioned skills, he is also well-versed in motorcyling and gunnery from his days as a bike patrol cop. He is heavily augmented with cyberware and bioware.

Sergeant Natasha Greenwood is a young female troll who worked for SWAT for four years. She has shown to be extremely efficient for fast responses in dangerous situations, showing speed, toughness, precision, and respect for her leaders. She has been implanted with a lot of cyberware and bioware to enhance her natural abilities for her new functions. Sadly, she is very incapable in social circumstances and she systematically gives a bad first impression to most of everyone she meets in non-work related situations. She is also very ugly although always well kept and presentable: she has long twisted horns and her front teeth are getting out from the front of her mouth even when she is not talking and this gives her a really dumb look. She always wears nice clothes that fit her nicely and she puts quite some attention to her outside appearance, but no one would ever think that she actually looks good. She typically wears black pants and a fancy cream colored blouse if not wearing her uniform. She is 8 foot 5 and weighs 400 lbs.

James Connor is a highly charismatic and intelligent elven decker of indeterminate age (aren't they all?) who sports two matt-black datajacks in his left temple. At 6'6, he is not excessively tall but his slight frame marks him as an elf. Other than his datajacks, a smartlink is the only other obvious cyberware.

James has been a member on Lonestar since 2040, most of those years spent in infiltration and surveillance departments. He is known to be highly trained in stealth and negotiation, leading to an impressive record of non-violent resolutions and live arrests. This record is no doubt enhanced by his use of a customised narcoject dart-pistol.

Samuel Beck spent several years as a mercenary before joining Lone Star as a police officer. He spent several years in a SWAT unit, learning about negotiation and rescue from one of the finest officers in his precinct. Today, he has a fairly good reputation in the law enforcement community as someone who works hard to get both hostages and criminals out safely, while also being unafraid to take action when negotiations fail.

Sam may not be above average height (he's about 5'9"), his muscular build and military confidence help him stay a force to be taken seriously. He keeps his service-issue Thunderbolt loaded with gel rounds in all but the most serious of situations, and carries a stun-loaded dart pistol as well. He always carries a concealed Colt, however, a holdover from his mercenary days that has saved his life on several occasions.
