Does anyone know of, or is someone working on, a random NPC generator.

What I'm looking for is something I can put in a few variables, like race and archtype, and have it spit me out a randomely generated NPC. It would be useful for running on the fly. It wouldn't need to add equipment as I would talor that for the encounter.
