I can only see the stickys in the Shadowrun missions section. I can goto the other messages if I click on links to them but don't get them in the list of topics if i just goto the section.

Wenn you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a drop-down menu in the lower right corner saying "From: 30 days" (most likely).
You can then choose "Show all" from this list.

Yeah, Missions isn't a real active forum most of the time. It has it's moments, but it frequently is pretty quiet outside of official Missions Announcements and such.
