When things go awry it can be difficult to get hold of anyone to sort things out.

Honestly, you will have less headaches if you use Drivethrurpg for digital downloads.

I realize many still prefer physical books, I like personally prefer a book in hand but have been getting used to working from Pdfs.

Shipping & support have always been glacial for me. Suggest going elsewhere for hardcopy. I know they've said few times this past year they were working on improvements.

I'd recommend shopping elsewhere. Abysmal response times if you have an issue and sloppy service overall.
