Guys,
I'll be starting a new campaign for some friends soon, and one of the players have come to me with an idea. He wants to play a Dwarf who's been experimented upon by a Corp., who was looking to try and artificially induce people with a greater tolerance for cyberware. Those tests had some side effects, one of them being lethal, unless the character is subjected to regular doses of radiation (which the character on the other hand is immune to the damage from). I'm liable to clear the idea to some level, but here's the question:
If you are exposed to radiation, even if you sleep in the nude and don't expose your clothes etc. directly, would your presence be detected by a radiation scanner?
Off the top of my head I'd say yes, but I'm not 100% sure of it, and my first couple of searches on Google haven't provided en an obvious answer, and I'd rather avoid having to try and chew my way through a bunch of scientific articles or similar.
Anyone here know the answer to this question?
