Alright, OOC stuff goes here. Post anything relevant that is generally known about you to other people of a certain access-level (read: your superiors and most other Cyberzombies) if you so choose.
Edit: Heh, forgot to denote this is the OOC thread... My bad...

Hm. I just checked all my resources and noticed that what I had planned requires a later date. About a year and a half later, actually.
Switch dates to October 15, 2062.
Don't post in the IC until I give the go ahead, and make sure signatures are off in it when you do.

Well I guess to begin we should throw out what are characters have going for them. Well Jackhammer is/was a troll, he stands about 10ft tall. He has pierced horns hanging from each of them is a small crude stone piece of jewery. He has 3 eye's but keeps the 3rd one closed for the most part. As you go down from there you notice that he has a very obvious cyber torso, briming with very well polished armor plates. His arms are natural but he has a hard time with a bad case of eczema. Out of these arms comes two cyber spurs, but they are large enough to be considered chisels. Going down his torso you notice at his hips he has two articulated arms installed, each having a formidable looking firearm upon them and a mounted Ammo Pod. The legs also are decked out in the same overly polished armor plates. When in the field be bears his Military Spec armor, and Panther Assault cannon, but once the going gets rough, its time to let those spurs see some action.
From a personality point of view (thats if they allow the zombies to interact) you notice that he is a bit simple in his interests, he enjoys carving stone statues in his spare time, but they never seem to come out more than picasso in his cubism period. They are rather simple and that fact is probably the only reason he is allowed to keep doing it. When in combat he seems to forget that his foes have feelings, and almost takes a glee in a job well done. He hopes to one day give a piece of his art to Lofwyr as a gift.

Physical Description -
Grond is a towering ork, broad-shouldered and massively muscled. His long, pale blonde hair is pulled back in a severe ponytail. He has a scarred, weatherbeaten face with heavy brows, which makes his cybereyes - a solid metallic neon-cobalt - stand out even more. He is less freakish in appearance than most cyberzombies - his skin has the waxy sheen of dermal sheathing, and his cybereyes are pretty obvious, but purely by physical appearance he could be any average sammie or merc. However, like most cyberzombies, he radiates a palpable sense of wrongness. He seems to move with a purposeful, remorseless deliberation that adds to his intimidating aura. His military-grade armor is plain matte black with no insignia, except for a fiery red wolf's head design on the front of his helmet.
Grond is a tank, able to tote heavy weapons such as ATGMs and assault cannons, move in mil-spec armor as smoothly as someone in normal clothing would, and soak damage with a combination of armor and toughness. He has some small arms skill to fall back on, and uses his heavy fists in close combat situations.
**NOTE** Tanka - his adjusted Strength had a typo. It should be 12, not 10.
Personality -
Grond is an amoral survivor, and not too enthusiastic even about that lately. He is a broken metahuman being, unable to display or understand many basic metahuman emotions. Although capable of frighteningly casual violence, he rarely displays any rage or anger - more of a cold detatchment. In a way, he has been less changed by becoming a cyberzombie than most others would be. One of the changes is that he has become more fascinated by fires and explosions. It is the actual pyrotechnics that attract his intense gaze - the human targets, running around on fire and screaming, are actually distracting... almost annoying. Of course, he is still too professional to shoot things just to see the explosions, although he can stare, fascinated, at a Bic lighter, for hours at a time, or at least until his IMS kicks in and reminds him to breathe and stuff.
History -
Recruited from the Redmond Barrens by the Sons of Sauron, Grond swiftly evolved from a feral street kid to a fearsome combat machine. But their ideology, like subsequent ones he encountered, seemed meaningless drivel to him. He drifted from one violent group to another, inevitably ending up at Saeder-Krupp.

Okay, got it. I meant to post last night, but the others did such elaborate scenes that I didn't want to do a "Grond follows the guards escorting him to the dragon" post, and my creative juices were too dry to do anything more. I was able to think up a bit more detail tonight, so I've gone ahead and posted it.

I just noticed 2 mistakes on my sheets,
1 I should have 17 bod for soaking damage (I forgot about the toughness edge)
2 My chest should have a second Data Jack in it. My dumb fault for not noticing it I knew there was a reason for the absent .5 ECU and .13 essence. that would make my essence .1 less and fill that last .5 ecu

In about three hours I'll be gone for the weekend. After that I should be picking up the pace a bit (I had a few things to do for school).
Sphynx, you can guess pretty well that the guards are carrying heavily modified HVARs, but the ammo type is unknown. (Unless you care to get shot at, that is.

Y'know... I'd seriously like to continue running this game. However, with minimal posts, it's making it tough.
I don't care about the huge storyteller posts, I don't care about trying to be "big and bad," at the very least post what your character is going to do so that I can move along.

Ok, I was wondering if you wanted us posting lining up or not, I couldn't think of anything to write and almost felt like I dropped the ball by posting "And hammer stands inline smoking a stogie" But if its cool with you guys that's all I can get my brain to come up with right now. Midterms and finals and projects ohh my!

Sorry 'bout that... The 400 karma game caught me a bit by surprise.
And by "a bit" I mean "completely."
And I'm still floundering with what to do with it all.
That said... Feel free to do anything within reason that you could get away with without a GD frying you.

The plans are on paper.

Dec 2 2004, 02:51 PM
Ok, guess I'll scan them and get them put on chips if possible. How would I go about getting it put on something I can use in my GPS-NAV Dat?
Tanka
Dec 2 2004, 07:13 PM
If you ask nicely enough I'm sure somebody in IT can scan it into digital format and use a program to make it into a map.
That or ask your buddy to do that, since he no doubt has the access to do so.

Sorry about that. My video card fried at a LAN party and had to wait for a replacement to arrive. Figured I'd do a reformat in "celebration" of its arrival, as it was about time.
