Hurrah, Castle!

...So... clownbus, right? That means we cannot go to my place, but we should be fine with the LMG... (I hope.) It is also so ridiculously eye catching I doubt anyone looks at us twice. Once we scan it for RFID tags, I like it!

People in the suburbs of Bellevue totally still hire clowns for their kids' birthday parties...

For Gardner's judge intentions, there's no telling what exactly Parker Acson is hiding/reacting too. The more Gardner watches him though, the more his lack of questions about the things Horizon supposedly had planned for him seems peculiar.

Can I get a Judge Intentions check in there as well?

I'm seriously struggling not to laugh out loud from Silas' IC post. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It's a great relief from the brutal combat.

So.....who's going with him, in his full clown regalia, as he stumbles his way over to the Stuffer Shack to get some foodstuffs?

"Oi Silus! Grab me a soyshake? While I sit right here and not go out in public with you..."

...No, Eclipse will turn over the LMG to somebody who's staying and also go, but he'll wait 5 or so minutes. For dignity's sake.

Anybody else heading over to the Stuffer Shack with them?

To be clear on time it took you guys just over 40 minutes to arrive at this warehouse that's in the Renton district. You've spent 5-10 minutes healing up and stretching and what not.

Once you leave here, it will be another 20-25 minutes to get to the place Needle originally planned to use as a safehouse. That is if you go there directly. If you decided to pose as a kids birthday party clown and head to Eclipse's place you can do that without too much risk of getting KE called on you (just don't go around shooting off your guns and or running over pedestrians and you should be fine). It's about 15 minutes to his place and 15-20 minutes from there to Needle's safehouse.

I'm not sure if TundraWolf was also wanting to gear up or not. I don't believe the location of his lifestyle has been established either. You have any ideas on that front? Also, I may be willing to say one of your contacts is close enough to you that you could call them up to swing by your place and bring you some stuff, that is if you trust them for that. It's up to you.

I don't think I'm getting my point across clearly. There is NO safehouse where I was headed. The old correctional facility is where she parks the bus/house, providing services to the squatters there. There's no safe house there, unless you want to try and carve out a piece of the correctional facility for yourselves. I wouldn't, considering the go-gangers and squatters who have claimed it. Not to mention whatever residual background count might still exist due to the reason it is no longer a functioning prison.

The flicker to a blank face at mention of the Scion caught Mr. White's attention much as it did Gardner's. It made him begin to wonder just why Parker Acson is being so compliant. I mean Mr. White knows himself to be a damn smooth talker. But this guy hasn't asked a single question about who hired the team to "save" him or even what exactly he was being "saved" from. Mr. White specifically had left the details vague so he couldn't be caught up in tripping over his own lies.

The more Mr. White talks to Acson, the more certain he becomes that this guy isn't acting at all like a hostile extraction would. As Acson readjusts the old leather back he's been using to prop himself against the interior wall of the bus again, it catches White's attention. Wait, who brings an worn leather bag like that to a high profile executive dinner like the team just extracted this guy from?

I'd assumed his hands were empty!

He's got a leather bag with him? How large? How bulky? Details?

TW's apartment is in Tacoma, I mentioned it once in the 1st mission. Sorry, didn't think to make that more clear.

Yeah, he'd want to gear up, but he's not letting anyone but him into his doss. Too paranoid by half for that.

edit: So, to be clear: Needle heals 6 stun, Gardner 3 physical. When the stims wear off, TW is sitting at 5 Stun and 2 Physical, total of -2 modifiers, very close to -4. Man, I might need to look into a pain editor for TW. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

You should only be at a -1 I think. You take -1 per 3 damage on a damage track. So that's -1 from the 5 Stun (very close to -2). And no penalty from the 2 Physical (very close to a -1).

Oh, right. Derp, I knew that. Still thinking about a pain editor, TW has been beat to hell and back on these missions already.

Gotta keeps your eyes open for little details like that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've mentioned the worn leather bag a few times as you guys were escaping with him. It's a smallish leather backpack, say a little bit larger than a bowling ball bag (though obviously there's nothing in it that heavy or bulky).

Must have forgotten to make a note of your place being in Tacoma on my copy of your sheet. Oh well. Tacoma isn't too far from where you guys are in Renton. It's about the same distance away as Eclipse's place. Unfortunately, it's in the wrong direction. It's 10-15 minutes to the Southwest of your present location. Eclipse's place is almost directly North of you guys. And Needle's safehouse is to the Northeast.

Gardner did, but had to dump it in order to be able to descend ... I will hand you Parker Acsons one though, now with battery physically removed but still intact so you can power it up

I wanted to see if it had any useful details in it, but without the risk of activating a GPS signal / tracker etc.
