1 - Your TM/Decker has the biggest gun and isn't a sniper
2 - Your Street Sam/Gun adept has the smallest gun... 3 - The only one with gear for fitting in various ways is you.. (aka corp suit, street chic, etc) 4 - The 12 year old decker has more cyberware than the rest of the team (okay that was me one time, but it was a post deus non-otaku character) 5 - The face of the team knows only 2 contacts, and you're one of them... 6 - The heavy weapons guy is telling the others that maybe they want to rethink going in guns ablazing.. 7 - The only one with a weapon is the TM.. (had that happen once, but it wasn't a combat run just a bit startling... well not as startling as what she managed to hide under her dress) Post some of yours! |

Viktor is never being in wrong team.
Sometimes team is shy and need encouragement. Viktor is being happy to help. Well... maybe that one time in Kazakstan. With the clowns. And high explosives. Team there was pretty wrong. But Viktor was being on the vacation, so perhaps it not count. -v |

8. When the rest of the team are mimes.
Suprisingly good at what they did, but they were freaking creepy as hell. Still not entirely convinced they were all metahuman. |

I've never played Shadowrun, but I've done tons of research. I'm going to be running my first game this Saturday. Here are a couple from my upcoming group:
1 - The mystic adept is the only one in the group with any technology skill (and that's just cybertech knowledge); that means no Decker/Technomancer/Rigger. 2 - Even with a mystic adept and no tech characters, the street sammie has the strongest magic score. |

9. When you're the only one opposing the escape cover that involves killing hundreds of civilians.
10. When the team sell you out as a traitor for not going along with it. |

*ouch*
11. When you are the Ninja looking to reconstitute their lineage (from a decimated line), and the other members of the team are a Showboat P2O Adrenaline Junkie with a Fetish for Excessively Large Explosions that kill hundreds of people, A Troll Mercenary who does not understand the meaning of Subtle (and who ALSO enjoys Pyrotechnics far more than he should) with a penchant for Hookers and Blow, and a Mage who takes offense at the Mafia for being slighted so he declares war on the ENTIRE MAFIA Structure in the City. Needless to say, the Ninja just faded away one day, to go on about his far more subtle business, never to return their calls again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

One of your team mates is Farm Boy.
This is why my last character left the team, after all. |

12. Your teammate's idea of incapacitation is: "Shoot 'em in the kneecaps with APDS rounds"
13. Fox changeling goes out in public without covering their animal features and doesn't believe anything bad will happen to them...because they're "too cute to die". |

14. The face carries more firepower than the gun bunny.
14a. The face is a better shot than the gun bunny. 14b. Everyone shoots more than the gun bunny because the gun bunny never shoots any of his guns. (true story) |

15. The team Changeling fits into normal society better than the Elven Face does.
16. The team's cyberpsychotic breakdancing Orkish machine gunner challenges a street gang who dress up like the Village People to a dance-battle in an effort to win back a stolen spacesuit, and the group's impatient Mage decides to cast Control Actions on his ally mid-dance to force him to mow down the opposition with full auto fire, setting off a full blown gang war. 17. The team owns seventeen firearms, zero vehicles, and 2 Fake SINs collectively (without Fake Licenses). ~Umi |

Okay, when did you join my group?!? That was based off stories of a game told to me by the game master, and corroborated by at least two of the players, one of which was the gun bunny. This was also the same group that had a decker who's idea of what to do in a fight was burst fire APDS shotgun slugs into the opposition. |

18 – There is a mask and cap runner in the team with his own theme song, custom car and a costume with integrated ghetto blaster.
19. – The burglar and infiltrator are borrowing tools of their profession from the mage. |

@ fueldrop: wow, you really *are* the king of double posts (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif)
@ spellbinder: full auto APDS shotgun slugs sounds like a perfectly valid response to combat from my perspective. am i missing something? (or did the individual in question not comprehend the concept of recoil compensation, and therefore he was missing something? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) ) |
