I figure since we have the "Things one cannot do in Shadowrun" thread, that a MOtivational Poster thread would be a good compliment.

I love how the van is just completely swiss cheesed and still managing to support the roof. |

One I did on RPGnet as a "response poster" (Adding a caption to a previous poster)
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y156/bulldrek/SRvsRifts.jpg Also, if you want to make your own, here's a link to the Motivator: http://bighugelabs.com/motivator.php Their sign-in and hosting and such is newish, and not something I'm familiar with. If you don't have regular web or image hosting available already, I suggest using photobucket. Bull |

Missing one of my Favorites:
-5 points for use of nonstandard colorscheme Plus two others that I stumbled across while looking for that one: Another by the same guy, this time in the correct colors This one is more just "modern ninja" motivational, but it certainly could be Shadowrun if you squint. [Edit]The guy who did the first two had a few more SR themed ones: For all you organleggers out there Rigger Pr0n It's lightish red Guns and Augmented Reality? I'm calling this one SR even if it's about Mary Sue [/edit] |

I like that last one. Very accurate on how PCs (in any RPG) tend to carry around an armory's worth of weapons and enough gear to kit out a store.

Somehow reminds me of Velociraptor Safari--your a raptor driving a jeep* running over more raptors. *Its hard to tell, but there's totally a raptor in the driver's seat. Youtube it. |

Hehe, Ground Zero Ocean. I think that happens in Traveler when the players get their hands on a MPFG (Man Portable Fusion Gun: the only* gun that makes you track damage through a target and missed shots--while providing everything within 100 meters with a lethal dose of radiation every shot).
*Both the MPFG and MPPG (MP Plasma Gun) do. 1 bullet (both fire in 3 bullet bursts) has a 50% chance of outright killing the Most Durable Man Ever wearing the Most Durable Armor Ever. |

Nothing to contribute except to say this thread would be a great way of introducing a player to shadowrun...

Gotta add one correction here. AFAIK, in Traveller, (2 "l"s btw, british spelling), it's PGMP and FGMP (for Plasma and Fusion Gun, Man Portable). Sorry. Too iconic an item for me to let it pass.
