There may be games I'm forgetting, but SR seems to be the only game that makes it easier to shoot someone who is in a hand to hand fight. Most games give a penalty to the shooter since he doesn't want to shoot his friend by accident. In SR hey the defender is distracted and gets a -3 die penalty to his opposed test to avoid being shot. Not sure what I think of this yet, but its different than I'm used to.
