 How do you build an adept on 5 magic? |

So I was building an NPC adept and I can't believe how expensive the powers are.
I wanted: Spell resistance so mages don't chew him up Mystic armor so he wouldn't have to run around in a full armor suit. Some extra actions an IP Something to boost combat pools I can't seem to make anything decent for less than double his magic attribute. How the hell do you make a decent adept on less than 7 magic? |
