On page 14 of the New Seattle book, it says that there is an actual sapient critter called the munchkin, and that some of them live in Seattle. What the hell is a munchkin, and where can I find the rules to play one? For that matter, where can I find rules to play any kind of sapient critter, such as neodolphins, sasquatches, and nagas? I'd like to play a dolphin decker like Jones from Johnny Mnemonic.
