'cause i like to see different peoples take on things i do . . okay, and because i am a greedy bastard:

This is the Character i would like to see sketched out the most . . he was the first one i got to play more than once . . sadly under a not too good GM and i decided to quit his games because of that <.< . .

Venice"Vance"(Van) Raging Bear, Male Troll-Samurai with Amerindian Blood in his veins.
almost 3m Tall, Skin that seems to change colour from dark rusty red to blood red when oiled/sweaty(and come on, as a troll that happens often enough eugh) and long black, straight hair down to the middle of his Back often times tied up into one long braid.
His Skin is pretty smooth for a Troll as he had the luck of his dermal plating coming out like PLATES instead of horn-warts and were enhanced by one Level of cyber-dermal-plating . .
Scars across his upper Body and left Arm and his throat is a whole mess of scars.
Deep Brown natural looking cyber-eyes that shimmer black or red depending on light if not hidden behind his retractable protective covers.
As most Trolls he is proud of his size and his body, muscle pure and simple . . not all natural mind you, but all biological . .
A Pair of the most beautyfull('cause implanted made to look natural) horns and Fangs, made to look like natural Tusks too, you will ever see on a Troll.
Most often seen wearing blue or black Jeans and a colour matching T-Shirt with his favourite Combat-Biking Team or Urban Brawl Team-Logo on it and above that a Leather-Vest with the Logo of the Urban Tribe he lives with most of the time. the logo consists of an image of a group of Wolves in different positions. The Vest is hung over and over with chains that are actually one long chain-whip which is held together on the front by a License Plate and a REALLY long leather-Belt that seems to look like the whip indiana Jones used.
His Arms are most of the time left free to show of his Scars on one Side and the Tattoo of a spiked/spikey wheel on the other side and his muscles of course. His feet are covered most of the time by his old black army boots or some running shoes. Most of the Time wearing a Pair of Hardliner Gloves with the Fingers Cut off and a Telescoping Staff on his Back and an extendable Baton on his side. For a more direct approach from time to time seen wearing forearm snapblades too. Seldom seen with an Centurion Laser-Axe and/or some sort of Pole-Arm, Halberd, Scythe or Naginata or something else with a long grip and some mean blade on the tip. The Axe is responsible for his Throat being almost completely scars. He took the Axe off of the guy(another Troll) who tried to behead him with it. allmost succeeded too as one can tell by the scars on his throat(1 box before D wound . . that one was frigging too close, i had to burn karma both for making the damage reduction test and for killing the NPC AND then later on burned karma just to make sure i would not just bleed out. .). As for shooty bits he generally favours the biggest handgun he can get his big hands on . . Ruger Thunderbolt in matte black, Savalette Guardian in matte black, chromed out Ares Viper Slivergun and a custom finish embossed and engraved Ruger Super Warhawk . . even if they are mostly loaded with Gel, they still work good enough most of the time . . once or twice seen with a big ass bow that still looked silly and small on him . . which is why he does not train often with that one.

...great job on both pics. I so love bad girl characters.

Yeah I've been AWOL somewhat lately myself since getting into the 3D art thing. Been over on the 3D forums picking brains as I am still on the upslope of the leaning curve.

A red open-top 80s sportscar modified to have four legs and two arms with oddly expressive headlights and a grill that looks a little too much like a gleeful childish smile chases after something off-panel and wields an uprooted streetlight as a weapon while the shocked dwarf driver dressed in classic 80s punk fashion and neon-colored visor sunglasses tries in vain to regain control of the malfunctioning vehicle and the troll passenger dressed like the Future Dudes from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure appears to be far too calm.

I'd really like to see another char of our gaming group drawn.
His name is Willy Hillebrecht, called "Overdoze", a german Street Sam/Combat Medic/Cyberware Designer with a pimp attitude who's trying to become a fixer.
He's between 1,90 and 2m tall, of muscular build and has got short black hair. His cybereyes are modded to look like clockworks.
Both his arms and torso are replaced with obvious chromed cybernetics. His arms got mini-droneports near the shoulders with little LEDs placed along the arm like a small runway and on the right side there's a single retraceable spur.
On the torso, there's a display with either EVO commercials or softporn displayed on it.

He prefers to wear an open, pinstriped suit over a fishnetstyle tanktop and heavy military combat boots.
His weapon of choice is a custom golden ares predator IV, which he can hide in a smugglecontainer inside his torso.

I really loved the first pic you did and would be happy to see this one too^^

Hi all,

So I'm finally writing the post that I never thought would come. I'm afraid I have finally hit the point where I need to stop doing these images for awhile. It's been a good run guys, and I am certian that when I get more time in the future, and a little break, that I will start a new, more organized thread offering free art.

I, of course, will finish all the requests that have been made so far, but after that, thats all she wrote (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I gotta say, thanks.

Not just for the brilliant images you produced for my characters, but also for the brilliant resource this collection of drawings represents.

I'm looking forward to running my next game using some of these pics as NPCs.

Thanks again Squinky.

...Many thanks dude.

Yeah, sad to see it all come to an end. Your depictions of my dangerous little ladies have been no less than wonderful (I think I have all of them faved except the ImageShack ones). It's been quite a run here the last two and a half years (been that long already?) I can understand though, sometimes you just need to work on your own ideas. I used to do the SF Con Art Jams and Character Drawings thingie. While it was fun (and a bit profitable at times), I usually missed most of the actual con I was attending in doing so. Eventually I decided to hang it up so I could just socialise and take part in various workshops and maybe get into a game or two.

Would you believe I've been receiving requests for 3D renders already? Heck I barely have time to do my own stuff and participate in the various 3D Challenges, (all while scaling "Mt. Learning Curve") let alone try to render someone else's character. In some ways 3D is easier since you can make changes without needing to redraw, but in others it's hard to near impossible as when someone wants a specific type of gun or style of clothing that you don't have content for or the time to model from scratch.

Gonna miss this when it's all over. Hope they keep at least the first page with all the links stickied. Also hope you will continue to post new works in your DA gallery. I'll be watching. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beret.gif)
