Quick sketch of Superflys A-team:

A-Team Sketch

It's mostly to show placement and to get some feedback from Superfly before I get to ahead of things. From left to right the characters are:

Glitch with the bag
Anne marie with the gun
Sledge with the hammer
Yembo down in front
Tony hulking in the back
Then Nova and Jonathan.

Questions real quick:

Sledges hair, in the description it says it is flowing but cut to a half inch or something like that. I am having a hard time picturing that. But then it has been a long day :)

Does Jonathan wield any weaponry? Currnetly he is just standing there.

Other than that anything else you wanna throw my way to change in this early stage would be great superfly. Sorry if they seem a bit cramped, I don't think I've ever drawn this many folks in one picture before.

I have to agree.

Okay, my turn:

Crossfire's buddy, Rusty.

Rusty's Athabaskan, northern Amerind. Pretty big, but with more of a farm-boy muscle build than a sculpted body-builder look. When he's chilling, he's in jeans, sandals and usually a fringed leather coat with traditional imagery. Really long hair, often tied back. Narrow face with kind of a jutting chin and high forehead. He's an ex-military thug. Working gear varies too much to bother with.

Thanks in advance!

I think I can understand it taking time. So here's the first one:

"Greenwich Gungirl," aka Marissa Dannbe, found with SIN registered to Marianne Stockton. About 27, former UCAS military until a few years ago. 5'7", Anglo, dark hair which is somewhat unkempt (also, charisma of 2, but I don't quite know how to express that in words), has had Cat's Eyes biotech surgery. Smokes cigarettes occasionally. Generally has her silenced Predator IV ready, although her smartlinked goggles are not on her face; generally also wearing fatigues pants (no, not to keep her cybernetic lower left leg covered!).

She spent some time in Sioux lands and it shows.

Awesome!

Here is:

ShadowDragon8685's Chopper-Rigger

I used a reference picture for the cockpit, but still it may look a little off (I think the reference I used was a jet, heh. And of course I got a little creative with it too. ).

Heres another:

The Father's Kain

Sorry, couldn't get the top-hat right, hope it works.

Edit---

And also:

G-14

Sorry, but I did full gloves on accident instead of fingerless ones. I hope I drew a half-troll half-elf right :)

Hah-hah! Niiiice!

A lot less round-faced than I was thinking of, but still nice. ^_^

I have no idea where the list is at this point(I suspect its long), but there was great work done here so far and so I have a request.

Street Samurai/former SK company man named Mirko Subic. Croat Human in his low 30s, stands about 5'11 with short cropped brown hair, wears a armored longcoat and armored vest, with a Aug-CSL and an Ares Monosword held in a scabbard at the hip. has muscle augmentation and toner, so he should be pretty well defined. the one distinguishing feature that i'd like visible (if not that's okay) would be cyber-eyes featuring a crusader cross similar to the one seen here http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/images/c/cru-bz.gif

Clothing style should be a lower level corporate feel. Business suit under ankle length raincoat, something like that.

if the drawing gives off a feeling of one of those really calm people who everyone knows better than to mess with, that would be ideal.

Squinky, I didn't see my name on the list of people in line in the first post update. Do I get no love? <sniffle> :(

Sweet, I'm coming up!! Woot!

On the retention of images for portfolio, totally cool man. Quick question though, do you intend to use the character information at all with them? (Not that I mind, but it'd be neat to know that someday you'll show someone Doc and go "oh, and this was eidolon's character Morgan blah blah" ;).)

Here we go:

ShadowDragon

I agree on the face thing. I am still learning (thats really why I like doing this art, because I get to draw things I prolly never would have before. Get out of my comfort zone.) and I still have issues with drawing ethnic features without them looking like a caricature. Then things get really rough when I get people asking for me to draw ethnic trolls or other metatypes. It's hard to decide which set of features will win out.

Taco pete was just something I made up, I had no idea it was on previous SR artwork. I imagined a surplus copter as having a lived in feel....heh. We do have a place called Taco John's here though (Idaho)

Sicarus
The list is updated, and now I am marking the date of the request on the list to show me how much I am slacking :).

The Father
Glad you dig it, he was fun to do.

Eidolon
I don't really know if I am going to use them for a portfolio or not. I just wanted to throw that out there. I will probably use the ones that turn out better though.

I had thought that I should include the information you mentioned in the past, but wasn't sure if people would even want their names attached to my work or not. But if I use yours I will definately have the information somehwere. I really want to make a squinky's gallery type of site where I post my art on a regular basis, but I am not so web savy as I used to be. I've thought of using wordpress, but I don't know how I would tie that to an archive/gallery thingy.

Hound
Awesome! Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks again all.

...nice to see you back. All of your latest additions are excellent especially Kain and the Chopper Rigger. And, anyone who swings a Louisville Slugger (Crossfire) is alright in my book.

...too bad my former baseball player Tomoe Sasaki (great granddaughter of the famous closer Kazuhiro Sasaki) is retired now. She actually used the "beanball" as a stun attack & was rather successful with it at that.

...yeah, when your GM loves to have GD's mess with the runners all the time, you get a lot of characters who end up on early retirement plans.

...my, that monastery in Tibet sounds really nice this time of year...

--Tomoe

I've also been playing Shadowrun since 1st ed. My first character was a rigger named Capt Canucklehead. After him came the original Kyoto (then Kendo) Kid who was really a kid (only 15 years old at the time). Back then she came from the UK via the Tir Taringire, (before the TT was depicted as an elven racist regime) and had an interesting mix of Brit, North American Street, and Mega Mall, speak. I actually had a glossary written up of her more "common" terms. She was real fun to play back then.

Played almost every type, except a full-on mage (since playing spellcasters really doesn't intrigue me very much in any game system), from hardened ex-miltary types like my second Rigger Jose "Dynamo Jo" LeSarre and ex MET200 Merc Gracie, to the cold calculating types like my Decker Diamond Ice and ex Seraphim covert specialist, Night Angel, to the very personable such as my reporter Lana Lane and of course my second fave next to KK, Leela (who would qualify as a "Rocker" in the classical sense).

Yeah, been around the Shadow universe several times.

That is SO FREAKIN' AWESOME! Totally bad ass. You did a fantastic job on the tat as well! Man, thanks a bunch for doing this.

If it's not too much to ask, I might post up some other characters from that campaign. I'll need to get a go-ahead from the guys that played them, but after they see Doc I'm sure they'll beg me to post them. :D
