Okay, because I want to make sure and get the A-team pic right, and because I need a little break from it :), heres the revised sketch. At this point I can change many things, and then go ahead with inking at your command Superfly.

The only other suggestion i can make is that maybe Yembo could have some booze and a magical fireball (or something) in hand. Just to display that he's the magic behind the team?

Other than that, feel free to proceed as necessary, my friend.

...Oh, and a lot of #S-Runners are requesting an Anne-Marie solo pic for kicks. 8)

I did up a picture of Anne-Marie today, and even spent a good couple hours coloring it. I always save a lot, and I managed to save right as a power surge hit my computer. Now Photoshop won't let me open it up.....

Anyways, I'm sure I'll get it up here soon, I just don't currently have the patience to go through that again, and I have in-laws to visit regardless.

Happy Holidays.

Okay, here she is all colored up. I'm new to this coloring gig, so don't be too harsh on me. Hopefully it will get better with time.

Anne-Marie

...Happy (belated) Christmas

(need a Santa Emoticon - ho ho ho)

Wow! Now in Living Colour. Nice Very Nice.

I've no complaints about the style or the look.

...hmmmm, Another shot at Leela? Maybe?

...Red Hair
...Dark Blue eyes
...Fair complexion (no freckles)

Maybe as the lovely (yet still girlish) performer all dolled up in a long black concert dress. .

(as she appears in my Rhapsody Arc).

BTW, I am now on line away from the job. Got a new toy.

Thanks man!

I am skipping about a bit I know.....The A-team picture just doesn't seem to be what I am in the mood for. It's halfway inked though, so soonish. Sorry.

Anyways:

Kyoto Kid's Violet

I think she may have ended up looking to old, but I tried man.

...yeah, she looks older than she actually is, however the basic look is great. You captured her "Lemony Snicketts" style perfectly down to the fishnet sleeves.

I actually have the entire 13 book Unfortunate Events set titled The Complete Wreck Wonderful stories. I actually wrote the character's backstory in the Snicketts style.

Suggestions if I may,

Maybe a more softer, narrower chin giving her a more heart shaped face. Also prominent smile and cheekbone lines can often make a subject appear older. In the picture of Anne Marie, there are no lines in her face and it makes her look a lot younger.

Check out the old DC comic Death The lead character has that delicate noir style face.

Admittedly, I seem to have the opposite issue, all the women I draw tend look like 15-17 year old girls. It took me four tries to get my NPC Lady Grande to look like she's 53.

Kyoto, thanks again for the Critique. I guess we all have our weak points and it's good to get feedback on them. I still would love to see some of your work, if you can ever get them scanned.

Currently I have half the characters inked in the long running A-team picture. I also started up a picture with all three of LoreChaser's Characters together, and have that mostly inked. For some reason I feel intimidated by the big A-team picture and hop over to others to give myself a break....Dosen't really make sense I know, but it's how I roll.

Anyways expect some more soonish.

LoreChaser's Characters

Hope I did them justice.

Superfly, sorry again for putting you on the backburner. It's on my desk and I whittle it down a bit here and there. Hopefully it will be worth the wait.

Too awesome. They look great!

Hoodoo in particular is excellent. He looks quite sufficiently psycho and annoyed at the world. And Dragon certainly is human looking. If he weren't, say, 3 feet taller than his friends, you'd never know he was a troll. ;)

Thanks Squinky!

Now I gotta break out PS and start colorin'....

...just picked up a scanner for free (need to find a driver though)

The only thing with my work is that it is all in pencil (which doesn't reproduce very well). With my stiff shaky hands inking is no longer an option.

BTW Love "Lorechasers" Nice group pic.

I know you have a lot of work still in the queue so this would be a far flung project.

Would be kind of neat to see the a Groznek/Grande family portrait, circa 2070

[ Spoiler ]

Marta,

Pretty damn sweet.

She's got class, she's got style, I want her on my team.
(Maybe I should send you the specs for Babydoll - my Troll Face Adept.)

Both of these pics rock.
