Yeah - MMOs have created the idea of "Xsauce"

Such as Leetsauce or Weaksauce.

Presumably winsauce is the opposite of weaksauce. And combine that with awesome, and you get win-sauce em.

But you should never, ever, do that.

Yep. I'm having to take a break from this, least until I finish up some missions art. Sorry for the extended wait all.

I don't know whether any of these will interest you, but i'll describe the characters from our groups most successful team. We'd love to see them drawn.

Chronos, the team leader. Aged mid 30's after a lionization a few years back. A strong jawed, thoughtful man. Irish stock, with light hair (cut very short) and grey eyes. He has a delta grade datajack on either side of his head. Habitually dresses in business suits, often with a hard hat when working in the field. Emblem on hard hat is a stylised cog. Has a muscular build from a lifetime in special forces. Has disturbing swirlyâ„¢ tattoos over most of his body, but like yakuza tatts, they don't show much while wearing clothes.

Silver, the team face. A slender female elf still in her 'youth' of irish descent. Was once a physad, but was burned out during a mission years ago, and has replaced her powers with the wire. Silver irised cybereyes, a single datajack behind her left ear (both delta). Platinum blonde hair, worn in a severe ponytail. Power suit. Lean build, augmented by cyber and bioware, and a lifetime in special forces.

Gray, the combat mage. Aged in his late 30's. A multiple initiate mage, well aware of his own power, but humble not arrogant. Stocky build of saxon heritage, wears sturdy practical suits (armoured) with the usual long coat (london fog). He wears his weapon foci sword at all times, on the left hand side of his belt, but mostly hidden by the coat. An Ares Predator is holstered in his right armpit. His hair is dark, not black, and worn in a military style. His eyes are grey. A delta grade datajack is situated behind his left ear.

Jack Flash, the sam. Aged in his late 20's. Skinny build with massively etched muscles thanks to a dangerously active lifestyle, significant cyberaugmentation and a 10 year stint in special forces. Wears traditional scottish kilt and so on with big clunky combat boots. Prominent cheekbones. Black hair and rich blue cybereyes. A delta grade datajack behind his left ear. Extensive scarring over his arms and torso. Is never far from a duffel bag full of suspicious bulges.

These were the core group of Colonel Harland's Eleven. Individually or as a group shot in front of an APC bearing the stylised cog corporate logo would be very very cool.

I like her. Not what I'd had in mind, but that rather makes it better. If you could at some point do a colorized and/or full-body shot (I'd prefer a full-body shot if you're willing), I'd be grateful.

Nice, though I have to say that I don't fancy that pistol. It looks like it's chambered for .30-06 or .50 BMG, and it's about the size of most submachine guns.

That and it's not caseless.

In all fairness, even the official BBB artists have trouble not putting slides and ejection ports on their firearms. I say, maybe they're a kind of design holdover.

And they still need to vent the pressure and load the next round for firing, which can be done quite plausibly with a slide system.

Are you guys trying to tell me not to use my play station light gun as reference anymore? Heh.

I'll do a redraw up full body here in a day or so. At this point would be the time to tell me if I need to deviate any from what I've done to meet your criteria James, so fire away. No guilt should be had on me redoing it, it will only improve my abilitys.

I'm actually thinking about re-doing the first post with a list of things I'd like people to describe to me so I can have better guidelines to follow. It might make the process more accurate.

On the caseless ammo thing, good catch really. I'm going to have to do research on caseless ammo firing guns to see the difference. I remember SR3 giving you the option, but I think most folks don't really worry about it in game in less they are going for the assasin type.

I think a lot of artists draw the cased ammo because it is what people relate to and it helps to show the cases flying through the air to show movement. I always put the ammo port on the wrong sides though so maybe drawing a different type of gun would save me some trouble :)....Which really is kinda funny since I used to be in law enforcement and shot thousands of rounds through my glock in my day....

Anyways enough rambling.

That's a good idea. I know that being the opposite of artistic myself, I really struggle in giving useful descriptions.

I'll do up a little section here soon then.....

Anyways, I gave it another shot. Hope it is better. I did my best to make a "Casless" gun that had no apparent ammo port or slide.

Hope its goodly.

Niiiiiiice![/Borat]

Seriously nice, I like her. I just hate her gun. It still looks way too friggin' big, like it's chambered for .30-06 or some other full rifle round.

Basically, it looks overly chuny-monkey, IMO. I dunno, it just looks like it's about 150%-200% how big it really should be. I dunno what else to say..

Oh yeah. "Nice tits." :)

...very sweet.

almost could see a lit ciggie hanging out of her mouth...

Your feminine faces are looking a lot better. Even without extra facial lines she still has mature look about her. Part of it is the expression in her eyes.

Can't wait to see Tomoe...
