Spud..there is no known connection between them, the ragers are still small enough that the mafia doesn't respect them or ask permission to mess around in their turf, but cesears family is big enough that it keeps the gang from interferring too much. This combo probably means there's a bit of annimosity between the groups, but that doesn't stop the ragers from taking a hand out if offered. Usually just for a bit of extra security when a big move is going down.

Bull is one of the upper lieutenants in the gang.

Jack, just too keep it going without too much railroading, why dont you take lead in discussing business.

Life happens. :D

My plan is head home from the club, grab some sleep and then summon/bind a spirit or two before the job. Just making sure the conversation with Crimson is all done.

Roc, I assume is smart enough to figure the group does need a safe house.

Blitz, alittle concerned about the protection money needed for this place. I am not sure if we cleared that up or not. I understand we are paying 75 a day while the group research's the place and pull off the job. However, if we do take the place did we figure out how much protection would be? 75 a day seems a little expensive.

Gang, I think we might be able to use the gang as either a diversion or I think we could use them to as cover for our escape. I will have Roc explain that in character when the group meets up.

On a side note, it took us a fairly long time to roleplay that senario. The next senario could take an equally long time. I wanted to check to see if the group wanted us to speed it up or not. I know I have been in other games where an encounter with one or two characters takes a while and I became bored because my character had nothing to do.

He's a ganger...he's pushing for all he can get and you started laying the cred down so he figured to gamble and see how far it would take him. Negotiations havent even started for the safehouse, but check the book. Renting a short term spot with the ammenities you're looking for isnt actually cheap.

I'll take the blame for the speed of posting. Things have been so crazy I haven't had as much time as I like to post. I give you all full permission to poke me as necessary to make sure Im not falling behind.

Baby was born this morning and Im still not sure if that will mean Im less or more busy but we'll see.

On an unrelated note: Gencon Time!!!

I'll be out of town till Monday. For those of you who'll be there..Cant wait to see y'all again!

Hey guys, just checking in.

Enjoying watching your dealings with the gangers. I think it's great that we have gotten a reasonable rate for operating on their turf without their interference - plus it's a good 'in' if we need their services for anything else.
As for a safehouse, like Blitz said, the book price is Y500 a DAY. I mean, we are getting paid peanuts for this run as is - even if we can work a 20% discount, that's Y400 a day. Four-day op means Y1600 - that's more than one team member's whole final payment. That's why we all agreed back at Club Rain to not bother with setting up a safehouse for this run.
But you guys are on site, and I'm not, so I'll back whatever play you make (at least OOC I will...).

As for how long you take to play out your night of recon - no hurry at all as far as I'm concerned. Do what needs doing. Jack's playing the infil expert.

We really only need a decent survellince spot...the rest is icing on the cake. That being said..it isnt a bad thing to have a stash point close, they think we bugged out and we come back later to their area to collect it.

I agree. I was only using the safehouse as cover why we are in the neighborhood. I tried have Roc match the discription of safehouse to what he thought Ceasar's warehouse would be.

Online every day and ready to play.
Read the thread religiously.
Delegated the initial recon to our infil expert, so decided to let him do his thing for the first night.
So I posted myself ahead IC to late the next morning. So that's why I haven't been active IC, but I did it and I don't mind waiting for others.
Hoping the current slowdown is just a Thanksgiving weekend thing.

Online almost everyday, and always ready to play ;)
Read the thread whenever I'm online.
Willing to allow those that do the physical recon thing to do the physical recon thing.
Like adamu, I've already posted myself through this night they're roleplaying, so I'm mainly just waiting for general timeline to advance.

Everyone..Im so sorry. Quick explaination of my absence: Sister had baby, C section went very badly, ended up spending 10 days in the hospital with her helping her take care of baby while they fought her infection. Then got home last weekend to a broken computer. Finally got everything back up and running this weekend and hopefully will be able to get back to work here :)

Post up though :)
