"So I was digging through all of PuPE's stuff stuff and" "The hell man!? We're DRINKING here! Don't tell us about your perverted little messes!" "...But I was just talki-" *pulls out Ares* "I said don't tell us." |

Huh, turns out I don't need to worry about that so much then. ^-^ We're basically at the mechanical goodness and small time IC for those astralling or whatnot (which won't be till later it seems).
So for those who are present, and will be trying to use contacts... Go through your list of contacts and decide who you want to try your luck with. You can pick them all if so desired, but keep in mind that if Puchi doesn't really related in any way to the contacts specialty, it's just wasted effort which might cost you later on. You'll be using the 1d6 Vs. Connection rating for all contacts, unless you can provide me with a sound explanation to guarantee availability. Go ahead and roll even if you think you have a good reason (it'll be a 'just in case' measure). If you can provide me with a good reason and roll well, your contact may actually get a bonus, or you! ;) After contacts are dealt with and Jack's back, I'll doll out some soy-karma for things so far (Not that you'll be able to use it now, but as a treat for hanging on and trying things). May the force(or spirit, or mentor spirit) be with you! |

Knives won't be contacting his contacts - since neither of them has any real connection to Puchi and he doesn't really consider himself the information-gathering detective type. He will spend the rest of hte evening working out and practicing with his weapons, at home.

Clay doesn't see much use in tapping into his (one) contact, so no action on that front here.

Eh... Jorl might know something, but he's more on the end of organized crime and less on the end of criminal megacorps. D'you think it would hurt to contact him?

If Puchi is up to something that would affect that line of Jorls knowledge, he might know something. The lack of inside people, however, will obviously mean your information is limited unless he finds a jackpot. ^-^:
If you want to try Jorl, make the roll and/or a reason for him to automatically be available or not, and we'll see what happens from there. |

Godaime has attempted her roll and it failed - but being as she technically lives with this contact, she will more than likely meet him within a day or couple (leaving the roll for later).
As for Kray and Jack...if you guys are going to astral spook the place, feel free to IC it, or else I'll look up snooping and we'll roll (though one could get you bonus karma later). Speaking of Karma, I need to hand out that soy I mentioned. I'll put that in next post. |

Soy Karma time!
Now, for the purposes of detail, be aware that I will tell you what is latent karma and regular karma. I am also tweaking my latent karma rules for simplicities sake: you can use it on anything (though in some cases you may still need resources of some sort to benefit from it, like a teacher, etc). Latent Karma does NOT affect things such as street cred, notoriety, etc. You also keep track of it separately. It's essentially 'extra karma' given by yours truly as an incentive to do things (I like things getting a little big, so it'll help you out). So, these soy karma are all latent karma. Krayola Red: 3 karma soy bars JackRipper: 1 karma soy bar (sorry, you were kinda the quiet one what with all the connection issues and such. ^-^;) BlackHat: 2 karma soy bars (shaped like knives) Godaimesama: 3 karma soy bars Kray and Godaime got the high counts due to posting, content, and little things like that. Note that it's not a critical part of gameplay to be vastly detailed and doing all sorts of things, just like with regular karma, you can get different types of latent karma for different reasons. If you want to try something out to add flavor to things but aren't sure if it'll complicate the game, PM me and ask! |

Hey GM, can you post up the map of the building on the data disk that we scanned? I figured we would've checked it out during the meet or sometime afterwards, even though no one actually used words to specify it.

Pardon the lack of drawings, I'm editing them in. ...I don't suppose anyone knows a reliable spot to stick pictures without a hassle eh? Heh. |
