Just for the record, the game's this Saturday at noon Midwestern American Time, and it's on IRC. Internet Relay Chat. If you're using Windows, download mIRC. If you're using anything else, download XCHat.
The channel is #shadowrun@irc.gamesurge.net. |

Is this something that a new character could just walk into?

Grrr, nobody came this Saturday.
If 2 or more people don't come this Saturday, I'm ending this game. No hard feelings, despite the "Grrr." |

Remember, the games are on at Saturdays, noon Midwestern Standard Time, on the IRC channel #shadowrun@irc.gamesurge.net. If you don't know how to IRC, then, AIM me. My name is NinjaPhilosopher.

It's in my profile. Kesslan: if you use trillian that would work, but you would still need to register with AIM. |

I hate trillian with a passion. Or well not hate. I just dont like it. I've used it twice. Mostly because at one point I had friends scattered between AIM, MSN and eh blarg.. cant remember the third one.
These days I'm an M$ bitch. :( |

Just send in a character sheet and show up on Saturday.
And I'm also using MSN. My MSN address, unsurprisingly, is emosamurai@hotmail.com. And if you're hesitant about AOL products, just install Gaim. It's an open-source multi-protocol IM client that works with EVERYTHING. And it allows file transfers, and it loads up REALLY fast. I recommend it heartily. Also, roll call for everyone who's gaming on Saturday, or wants to game on Saturday. My email address is shinobimaster@gmail.com. Don't use my press-ganged hotmail address; I didn't want it, and I don't plan on using it for anything but spam catching. |

Announcement: It is now okay to make a mage no matter how many people in the group are mages. I realize now that part of the reason that many of you were drawn here was because I also tend towards mages. This is fine for me, because we can just have a rotating roster of NPC's that sub in for the other niches. And since I'll be running a prodigious amount of sidequesting for everybody, making it so everybody goes on the same metaplanar quests makes it easier for me.
On the other hand, if you make a street sam and I get to GM solo assassinations and the like, that's more variety. So either way is really good for me. |

YES!!!
I think there'll be at least 4 people, if not more. I think this will turn out great. I changed the chargen rules, or rather, I added one that I though was there. You get 7500 :nuyen: per bp, not 5000. That makes samurai and hackers more powerful in the beginning. |

Ahahaha, I want to join lol, I agree that forum role-playing takes too long, I hope you guys still talk on the this page so you'll see this. I live in Eastern Time, so I'd be playing at 1PM?
EDIT: Bet you can't guess my AIM name. I'm working until 3PM Saturday though, if it's allright, I'll come in late with a good excuse... I'll even bring a note from my doctor :D |
