Language and Knowledge Skills already cost only 1 Point apiece, and come from a 'Pool' equal to your character's Intuition+Logic*3. These are 'free' points over and above any BPs spent on Skills, but must be used only on Language and/or Knowledge Skills. Now, if you are asking about additional BP expenditure on Knowledge/Language Skills over and above the 'free' Points outlined above, then the house rules he seems to be basing his on (Frank's, right emo?), then the cost for these would also be halved (half the normal cost of 2 BP/Knowledge Skill point). emo will of course correct me if I'm wrong. ;) |

Yes, they're based on Frank's rules. The link for the basic concepts is here, but as you see, I've made some changes. :D
And the skills are meant to show a wider range of experience, more diversified skills and stuff. |

So, was I right in saying that the cost of Knowledge / Language Skills over and above those provided 'free' is halved (from 2 BPs to 1 BP each)? |

It's too slooooow, man. I need something fast-paced. How about I make a separate forum-based game? I'll post a recruiting thread tomorrow after I think up some ideas.
As long as you play in my IM game, that is. :D |

God dammit, you know how the resoluteness of your opinion is occasionally shaken by virtue of its existence in the presence of disagreeable company? Yeah.

Oh ya, here for roll call. Could you add kindolarmand to your buddy list. I'm using trillian and would like to see if the chat room function is really compatible with aim's.
