I'm assumeing that the exit to the VTOL is a ramp and that its at the back of the vehicle. Is this correct? Are there any other exits I can exploit?

Also as always this is very difficult, but is there anyway for you to draw a battle map and make it available? Perhaps put it up on your site.

Yes, the tilt-wing has a rear cargo ramp as well as a side access door.

Well, as far as I know, the Bison is parked about seven meters to the rear and slightly to the left of the cargo ramp. Jessie is taking cover by the Bison, Warpath is headed around the rear of the tilt-wing towards the side exit, Danny is taking cover behind the aircraft's landing gear and going astral, Sedryk is on the ground in front of the tilt-wing, taking what cover he can.

edit: Forgot to mention that I'm using EX Explosive ammo

How effective was the shoot? Did it just bounce off or can she just not tell?

Ok here is the Map, I had to draw it, so it isn't as good as my wifes stuff, so no laughing, she's the talented one.

@ Grey, you called it, you can't really tell if you hit or if you did damage. Vision Mag and smartlink do not work together so I assumed you pulled out of vision mag to kick your link in.

Sedryk is next in the order, but anyone can post there intended action. I will post the results after everyone has gone, like I did last time. So Sedryk (Chance) and Warpath (TKG) still have to go this round. I know already what Grendel is going to do.

Er, I thought Grendel was in the tilt-wing. If he is not, then screw having the drone do the work, I'll drop into the Bison and take care of the sensor lock and weapon's engagement. :)

My last info you were getting out of the Bison when Warpath spotted the drone,

you said "I slide into the command couch" I figured you meant you got back in the Bison. So yeah your in the Bison.

I sure is slow for someone on the Astral! :D

In case you hadn't guessed, Danny's planning to FUBAR that Elemental as soon as he has a chance.

Your astral initive kicks in this round or next Fortune? I am not %110 on the magic rules, if you reroll now, then reroll and that will be your new init.

I'm pretty sure it starts next round. I wasn't bitching though, just making a snide observation.

I'm guessing that I'm going to realize that the best cover is behind the Bison.

Shadow, your map is pretty good. It helps clarify things a lot.

Danny's Astral Initiative does not start until his next turn. Reference p. 174 of SR3 under Astral Initiative:

"Astrally projecting characters use their Intelligence as Astral Reaction, making their Initiative Score equal to Intelligence + 20 + 1D6.

Characraters who begin a turn in their physical bodies then astrally project (an Exlcusive Complex Action) use thier physical Initiative for the remainder of the turn. Characters who begin the Combat Turn astrally projecting, then return to their physical bodies (also an Exlusvie Complex Action) may not take another action for two Initiative Passes."

Remember also from the Combat section of SR3 that a Combat Turn lasts until all characters have acted and reduced their Initiative scores to 0 or less, so Danny won't get his Astral Initiative until everyone rerolls at the end of the turn.

Um.. shouldn't the ROADMASTER have been what got blown up? ;)

Damage Resistance Test:
Wearing a Camo Full Suit gives Blackjack 3 points of Impact Armor, which makes the power of the attack after distance reduces the power = 4 - 3 = 1. Because the power of an attack cannot be reduced below 2 by armor, the damage code of the attack is 2S.

Blackjack has a body of 4 + 2 due to her cyberlimbs, for a total of 6. For good measure, and since combat is basically over, I will add 4 combat pool dice, keeping 5 in reserve in case anything else happens, to the roll to stage down the damage, giving me 10 dice to roll.

The roll (TN 2): 2, 4, 5, 1, 4, 4, 3, 4, 4, 2

This gives Blackjack 9 successes. Only 6 would have been needed to reduce the damage code to nothing, so Blackjack takes no damage.

Anyway, force recon time.

Jessie is wearing her form fitting armor under the camo suit, for a total of 4 impact.

Five combat pool to dodge: 1, 4, 5, 5, 9

Three body: 5, 8, 14!

Jessie takes no damage!

Man, Paolo Marcucci's dice roller loves me.
