Well this is going to be my first run at GMing on this site, but I am not too frightened by the idea of it. I have GMed far too much to be put be put off by this digital medium.

Anyways...

I want to run a campaign based around a group of runners that started in a small time sprawl, real small time like Fargo, UCAS. Well, the runners have made a name for themselves there as a good team (for Fargo) but recently have come into the sights of the powers that be and must leave Fargo for somewhere with a bit more shadows to hide in. In their new sprawl they must make a name for themselves, get ingrained in the new shadow community and hopefully survive all of the things that will try and tear them apart. This will start with the escape from Fargo to Seattle and go from there.

Character Rules: Basic SR4 creation rules. Concepts I will approve via PM.

Come one, come all and bring your chummers too. Throw your hoop in on this one, because you don't want to miss it. It will stimulate your mind, it will stimulate your meat, it may even stimulate your aura. So come, come, come.

I have a character from a game that never got started, I'd like to join in if that's ok.

Oh... you'll have so much fun dealing with her.

Alrighty... perhaps a Hacker/Mancer? I can see a paranoid lecherous Steve Buscemi type Hacker working well...

What's the party make-up so far? Looks from a quick scan-through that we'll be magic heavy.

Yeah, it seems we have one hacker or mancer, one mystic adept, a shaman, and aanother shaman on top of that. We could play you three as a magical group of your own, your own lodge that you created in Fargo, with your good friend the hacker as part of your posse. I don't know yet...hmm. You will all defintitely know each other before the game IC starts, since the first part is your escape.....hmm.

Alternate to the hacker concept was a wee bit of a nutter, a weapons specialist with a fondness for the Monofilament Chainsaw... but that just brings madness to mind...

If that's too much magic for you, I can easily switch to something more mundane... :)

Either way is ok, I am open for any concepts for characters, but my ideal is a bit of a balance on the team. Whatever you guys want.

I've got a split personality hacker/samurai.

She may not be able to develop much as a samurai, though, so I suppose I can go pure muscle.

I just sent my concept but there was a problem with the pm system. Either you will not get it or you will get more than one.
