Thanatos

[ Spoiler ]

Thanatos is the current reigning champion at the Arena. He is a massive black skinned minotaur, afflicted with the HMHVV-2 Krieger strain virus, making him one very large ghoul. His dead white eyes are often enough to frighten an opponent in to inaction. But if that doesn’t work, he has 3+ meters of solid muscle and metal to do the rest of the work. His skin is dark gray, his hands clawed, and his mouth full of sharp fangs. His black horns curl forward like a bulls, black and massive.

No one knows where Thanatos came from. He simply walked in to the Arena one day and began killing. His manager is a Russian expatriate called Gray Ivan. Ivan apparently isn’t the dwarf’s real name, but he answers to it. The dwarf is a sharp dwarf, and more than capable of holding his own in a scarp. More than one manager has tried to weaken Thanatos by striking at the gray bearded dwarf. So far none have succeeded. The fact that Ivan is a mage probably helps.

It’s also unknown where Thanatos, or Ivan, got the cred for all of Thanatos’ ‘ware, which is extensive, especially for a ghoul. His cyber is high grade, and he has enough of it to be hovering on the gray edge of life. Thanatos is clinging to that edge though, and doesn’t look to be letting go any time soon.

He speaks fluent Russian and Greek, although his English could use a little work. He’s also intelligent, which makes him even more dangerous. He currently holds an undefeated record, as is normal for Arena champions. One loss means death after all. Even other champions such as Malice and El Tigra Blanco respect the behemoth and his strength.

Attention Our last post on IWTF was about a week ago. We're waiting on Callidus at this point. I've PMed him and not heard anything back. If I don't hear back by tomorrow, we're going to go ahead without him, he can drop back in later.

Callidus, I'd appreciate you dropping us a line to let us know what's going on so that we can get his moving one way or the other. If you can't cover the thread for a while, let me know. We'll work things out. It's alright, I know you said that jumping in to IWTF might be more than you can do.

At this ppoint, I'm going to go ahead w/ lucky's track going after the woman in the shop, and tomorrow, Deva can go ahead on his part of it and get jack. I might run Luigi as an NPC. We'll see. Feel free to comment everyone.

SinN, perhaps this might be a good time for Tommy Momaleuk or whichever.
