Ok. Let's talk about this in OOC.
The email from the terminal near the meet that referenced Wednesday. I suggest we turn our sites back on that area and trying to follow the ork girl angle.

Works for me folks. I am cutting ties with those that haven't been posting. Do those of you remaining want new blood? Or shall we continue as is for now?

Also, let me know what IC info you need.

I'm ok with a new recruit, as long as they are already reasonably active on the boards. I would also like to work the team reduction into the game. I hate the disconnection of just pretending they never existed or just went quietly in the night and we didn't care... :)

That said, we don't need to make an overly big to to about it either...

*sigh* I guess what I am saying is I'd like to feel more connection in this game. I feel like I'm on a riding lawn mower that keeps having to be restarted.. (No offense)

So, let's change that and get rolling forward!! One thing I think would help is if everyone agreed to a post of some sort at least weekly, even if just as a check in.
QUOTE (Alex)
I will be happy to post some move-it-alongs and maybe some limited options. I am not terrible fond of GM posted options as the game tends to take on the feel of a video/computer game.

Let me alter my request here a bit. In order to draw us into the game, would you post more environment based narrative? Example: A week goes by the team is in the same scene either working through a few thoughts or lamenting. Could you post enhanced descriptions of the surroundings to draw us into the scene? Give us better vision of the scene if you will, even describing how you see our characters in the scene. We can then post back how we proceed through the scene and everyone feel more *in* the game... :D

Sorry to ramble, just brainstorming here. Feel free to counter my ideas with better (or good ones if mine stink) ideas.

The criticism is fair. I will work on that tomorrow as I am too tired tonight.

@ All

I will be on a business trip the next week. I do not know yet if I will have limited or zero access to the net. I'll try to post; however, if I don't you will know what is going on.

Back!!

To clarify, the news stories are about the neighborhood we were going to (where the meet took place and the message originated from), correct?

Close by; however, not the same neighborhood. Just part of Atlanta in 2070.

Ok, looks like we need some new blood for this one. Unless you have a preference of someone or ones, I'll put out a new recruitment thread.

What skill set(s) are you asking Cole about?

Skill sets, I think we could make good use of...

- a second magician
- a socially versed runner
- a B&E specialist

Maybe not all of the above, but those come to mind.

Jazz is reasonably capable in both the second and third area as well.

Hmm... Do we really need to recruit then? I think that if we recruit we should perform active, rather than passive recruiting... Someone we see on the boards looking for a new game who has been consistent in other games...

I did that with Unarmed in Puyallups and it was a gold-mine... The only question is, "Am I being too elitist?"

Given that we have seen every back road from here to Georgia and back, no.

I'm open to suggestions.

Will Jazz and Dean be accompanying Book and Dalton in Dalton's van? If so, we can rock on out with on short detour. Dalton needs some drones.

Ok, the four will load up in the van and head towards the neighborhood. Dalton would like to get a pair of drones alone the way. Since Fly-Spy's are legal, can he pick them up on the way?
