Added "Ether", KoneV's character, to the on hold list in the first post of this topic. Ether is a human hacker, and will be joining us as soon as it is appropriate (probably after this mission).

Hello to all!
Should I go ahead and post Ether's description (2bit: I made a separate one more focused on what other people see as opposed to the stuff about how the character thinks and all that stuff) and view of mages here? :) |

Welcome to the game, KonevV. We all described our characters at the start of the thread, so you can go there to see what the other Alphas are like.

Hey KoneV. We have some basic stuff and contacts listed to help figure out who has what and why, go ahead and post some character info. Though you might want to hold off until your character is actually in the game as 2bit suggested.

cakeman & imperialus - the narrative is in a clump, if you need to interject somewhere along the way, do so.
It's been a few days; everyone check in please :) yoippari, see if you can get something going between your character and Glyph's so he doesn't go into posting hibernation out there in the parkade :) |

Can a fly-spy (all I know is that it is "insect like") pick up a Shiawase Kanmushi? Can said Kanmushi fit through the grate?

good question. Since the Fly-spy is in a higher size bracket and has legs, we'll say yes, but it cuts the Fly-spy's speed in half.
It's a simple matter of weight ratios. And yes, the Kanmushi can fit through the grate. So can the Fly-Spy, but it's tight. It'd be a bit like playing Operation. (handling test) |

and because an etiquette roll is probably useful at about this juncture:
Roll= Cha:7, Etiquette: 5, Tailored Pharamones: 2, First Impression: 2, Edge: 5 =21 And the roll: 21d6.open(6) -> [2,1,5,[6, 5],2,[6, 3],1,2,1,2,2,2,1,1,4,4,2,5,5,3,[6, 2]] = seven sucesses woo! Etiquette Roll for initial meeting (21d6.open(6)=73) |

I will not roll then, since any feeble sucess will be dwarfed by Malleus :) I'll play second violin for a while.

Yep, hopefully soon. Saytr has created a character also, and the two of you will be starting in a parallel thread which will converge down the line. Good times.

no worries. GMing my own PBP game right now so I've come to appriciate how time consuming it can be. At any rate, here is a roll for Malleus to try and determine if either of the two are lying. Cha 7 +Negotiation 5=12 Lets see if they're lying. (1d6=6, 1d6=2, 1d6=6, 1d6=6, 1d6=6, 1d6=5, 1d6=1, 1d6=6, 1d6=6, 1d6=6, 1d6=4, 1d6=4) WOW! 8 hits. Call me the human lie detector. |

Still here :)
Also, it might be good storywise to bring everyone together or what do the rest of you think? Doesn't want things to get boring for Glyph and Yoippari. |
