Hmmm what about a wiki table with just a list of names and a box for planned actions, this will let GM's easily see who is waiting for some kind of response from a GM and there wont be any spam to read through??

If you're being stealthy and alert, it will take you around 7 minutes to get to the 132th street. If you're just walking down the street like you own it, around 2-3 minutes.
I'll need you to stop there.

QUOTE (WinterRat1)

The 'character markers' on the map is a really cool idea, but I think it's too much of a pain to make it worthwhile for this particular segment of the game. If someone can figure out how to do it quickly and easily, I'm open to considering it though.

Vegas & Sparky - Since you two are already together, I'm going to let you interact and decide your next move before posting again for your duo.

If it becomes absolutely necessary (ie. managing a large-scale fight where placement of people REALLY matters) I can piece together map pieces and put them up, but seriously since everyone is on the move almost all the time, I'm not looking forward to "real-time" updates of PC locations on a map this big. to do that I'd personally lose a lot of posting time :D It's "simple" enough to do in the way that Sparky and I have the map pieces set up to adjust gang turf in the future, but it still involves "re-slicing" 88 map pieces each time we make changes. and then re-uploading each piece that has a specific change.

When it becomes necessary to do so, believe me I'll be all for it, but right now everything is so fluid and constantly on the move... seems rather time-consuming

What might work for now, is people posting OOC with movement suggestions (while we're in the you-don't-know-what's-around-the-corner mode) to post the map square name that their character is currently in. or even add that to the posts on the IC thread? Couldn't hurt to just drop in a "A6" or "B7" on a line right after the char name could it? Would be an "easier" way to keep a handle on who's in each other's immediate area that doesn't take a TON of work on anyone's parts :)

I'm having no trouble keeping track of my PCs, Konsaki is free to institute whatever method he wants to keep track of his guys.

Vegas - You see Badmarsh, Dahlia, Nyna, and Francesca's heat patterns VERY clearly.

Forgive me if this has already been addressed (the last thing I recall on the subject was 'try not to get too far ahead of the others), but do we have a limit for how far into the future we can post?

I ask because I want Badmarsh to call Legion and Legion's first post is for 6am. I remember having 'stops' in 410, but I don't now recall how well they worked. :)

EDIT: BELAY THAT. I'm a dumbass. He's 6 minutes past the hour.

Aight, couple rolls for Box, all rolls from the WoTC roller. I listed all dice, and didn't include modifiers; though box is currently suffering from a -2 dice modifier for his sucking chest wound:

Leadership roll to get the kid to do what I want:
Charisma 4 + Leadership 1. Didn't include any modifiers.
Roll(5d6)+0:
5,1,2,3,5,+0

First Aid roll to fix the kid's leg:
Logic 4 + First Aid 1 + Combat Wounds Specialization 2 + Medkit 4. Didn't include any modifiers
Roll(11d6)+0:
3,2,6,2,2,1,4,1,2,5,1,+0

Note that if the kid has to do anything, he's suffering a +1 to all thresholds from the bliss bockscar injected into his IV bag to keep him from going into shock.

Voorhees & WinterRat1
I just got home from work and I'm currently about to die from lack of sleep. I've got my post all written up on a bunch of napkins (actually, that would be about 12 napkins...). I'll post it up tomorrow for sure.
Sorry for holding things up!

Now that my end of week live games are out of the way I can devote some time to this.

Trojan's intention is to simply go home which would be his new appartment on 124th just north of I think 140th (just north of the treaty bus in the same area as the clinic). So probably get over to 124th and head north unless there is some major obstruction. The head quarters is dead and most of the rest of the gang is too, those who didn't die in the chase yesterday probably ran off and are being recruited.

So going that direction what time should my post update to?

Astral Perception roll: 7 dice, 2 hits (no wound modifiers thanks to High Pain Tolerance)... roll is supposed to be 8 dice, rolling 1 die to pick up...

2 hits, then 1 hit

Edit: Bolded

Sparky - Reminder, all electronic communication should be yellow. Also, bold any OOC comments directed towards a GM so it's easier to pick out. Thanks.

Were you looking for anything specific in your Astral Perception roll? You don't see anyone around you except the girls and Nevada for the moment. I'm assuming you weren't trying to get a feel for any of their emotional states or whatever because that would be Assensing.

Rob - The kid will listen to you and is able to walk around on the splinted leg. Tell me how long you searched Leon's body (rush job, thorough, strip search, etc.) and give me a Perception Roll.

I'll tell you what, if anything the kid got on comms and what you got from Leon after your reply.

Mister Juan - No problem, it's the weekend. Besides, a one or two day delay isn't killing anyone. :)

Since my first post wasn't bold I'll repeat it. I'm not nagging, but I doubt it will be noticed if I edit it now.

QUOTE (Konsaki)
All the little ponies in your dirtbike kick into gear as you crank the right handlebar. Your bike basicly leaves the ghouls in your dust as you speed on down the rubble lined road, avoiding the obsticals like a champ on your way.
At your speed, you fly by the interconnecting 132nd street and hurtle into and through the area skirting the Heartbreater's turf. Other than a few Heartbreaker whores on one of the corners, who yell, cuss and flick you off, nothing else happens as you come up to the 124th that heads north towards your turf.

This is your description of the effects of your actions for you to write into an IC post along with your own character's views.

Once you write out to 124th stop there. It take you around 2.5 minutes to get there due to the swerving to avoid obsticals on the streets.

@Konsaki: Sorry, busy Sunday. I actually have a few issues quickly.

Did you and Winter determine the LoCoS HQ? Ink may know where it is but Meriss doesn't.

Also, Ink has been awake about 18 to 20 hours at this point. So a penalty may be in order. (That explains why he isn't very stealthy at least.)

Once we figure that out, Ink will be heading for the Gato. If he sees any LoCoS he will stop and check them for life signs. Assuming they are dead he will loot their bodies and light them on fire so the 162s can't eat them. If they are being eaten he will attempt to drive the ghouls away. When he reaches the Gato he will try and use the back entrance. Assuming that it's locked he will try and pick the lock. If he picks it he will make his way inside and crash in his old room. If not he will sleep in the dumpster. Either way Theo and Gisele will wake up at 6:30 in the morning and start their day.

It's up to you how they react to Ink's home coming for the most part but they will be reasonably happy to see him. Gisele will be flipping between unbelieveably happy and unbelieveably pissed.

Other than that I'll just roll with whatever you've got up your evil GM sleeves. :)

Edit: Should I put the goodies I found in my wiki sheet? Thanks BTW!

Kon - Located on the east corner of 127th and 135th.

Also, Ink has been awake about 18 to 20 hours at this point. So a penalty may be in order. (That explains why he isn't very stealthy at least.)

Kon - If so, I need a Body+Will check to see how well Ink is holding up.

Once we figure that out, Ink will be heading for the Gato. If he sees any LoCoS he will stop and check them for life signs. Assuming they are dead he will loot their bodies and light them on fire so the 162s can't eat them. If they are being eaten he will attempt to drive the ghouls away.

Kon - I'll keep that in mind. Do you have any material to lite the bodies on fire though?

When he reaches the Gato he will try and use the back entrance. Assuming that it's locked he will try and pick the lock. If he picks it he will make his way inside and crash in his old room. If not he will sleep in the dumpster. Either way Theo and Gisele will wake up at 6:30 in the morning and start their day.

Kon - We'll get to that when you get there, but sounds like a plan.

It's up to you how they react to Ink's home coming for the most part but they will be reasonably happy to see him. Gisele will be flipping between unbelieveably happy and unbelieveably pissed.

Kon - Same as above.

Other than that I'll just roll with whatever you've got up your evil GM sleeves. :)

Kon - What other choice do you have?

Edit: Should I put the goodies I found in my wiki sheet? Thanks BTW!

Kon - Yes and those are your rewards for helping out with the planning stages. Remember that you can lose them just as easily due to them being items but I'm not out to make you lose them... yet.

See in line responses.

@Konsaki: I should have a lighter somewhere *pats pockets* Damn I'm more tired than I thought. Ink will use whatever materials he can find then. Hopefully he can find a lighter on one of his 'manos on the street.

BOD + WIL check
6,6,2,3,6,6 4 hits holding up pretty well. A little fuzzy but not crashing.

Edit: Added rewards to Gear page, Also Carlos should have had a silver Zippo with the letters LCS crudely engraved on the side as his badge of leadership. Maybe Ink just couldn't find it

No negatives as of right now.

You didnt find any lighter on Carlos. He must have dropped it somewhere or something.

@Merris & anyone else who may have forgotten what the wiki says.

QUOTE
All dice rolls are to be randomized in order when placed up. Do not stack your dice as we will be pulling dice from the right side when negative modifiers are in play on your roll.

If you do stack your dice with all hits to the left, we will simply pull dice from the left side when negative modifiers are in play, which you probably will not like very much. We figure one time of having this happen to you will ensure compliance on all future rolls.

Bad Example:
6,6,5,4,3,2,2,1 = 3 hits
Good Example:
4,6,1,2,5,3,2,6 = 3 hits
InvisibleCastle dice roller is a random stack roller if you wish to use that for easy copy and paste, but it is not required.

This is reffering to combat but it is best to stay in the habit all the time since negatives can pop up everywhere.

@WR:

Box is taking about a minute to get himself together, about 4 minutes to high crawl to the bodies and search them (about a minute per body), and about two minutes to high crawl back and fix the kid's leg.

A minute search is pretty quick. Would include flicking a finger across their eyeball to make sure they're dead, quickly rifling through all the pockets I could find; if they're dead, patting down the common hiding places (ass, behind the scrotum, armpit, ankles), and patting down the clothes. If they ain't dead yet, he'd do a 3-second triage (basically, he'll only bother treating them if they're breathing, have no exposed brain matter, have a pulse, and burns over less than 50% of their body).

that's it.

@yoip: Thanks for the reminder, I genuinely forgot. *sigh* oh well "these are not the rolls you are looking for"

@Konsaki: Kay. Thanks for the attention. Proceed to the next PC. Also feel free to engineer anything with Carlos' lighter seeing as how there are only three of these in the whole of Kingsgate. Example if Legion finds one he now KNOWS that the LoCoS are no more.

@WR:

Bockscars perception roll:

Intuition 4 + Perception 1. Not including up to +3 for vision enhancement (probably not applicable) or -2 for wound modifiers.

Roll(5d6)+0:
1,6,6,6,5,+0
WOW! 5 successes...

Nice...
