Yeah. If I didn't have such a firm mental image of Billy in my head (despite none of the games I've tried to get him into going very far), I'd probably have swapped him over to human just to cut down on that ratio...but, oh well.

that's why the troll pointed it out earlier =Þ
and he is technically dancing already at the table pretending to "table dance" in his seat. guess I should point it out a bit more...
so I guess this is a fanboi heavy forum then? or is this group just coincidence?

Not for that, we don't. I will spend the next four days posting Billy playing Russian Roulette with an automatic (or, rather, make the single post required ;) ) instead of reading post after post about Atlas' hips gyrating toward my character because I made the mistake of being across the table from him.

@djinni: maybe Vertigo should roll to Judge Intentions... ;) J/K

Sorry I don't really have a pic of how I envision Vertigo... maybe something like THIS.

Or maybe THIS.

Thats Esperanza from the Dark Horse comic "The Tenth" but its the closest thing I can find.

well he does have a ring on his finger...
and claims to be taken...
but with what is running through his head I'm not sure even he knows his intentions...
you have anything full body? those headshots are just going to go on a stick figure to show height.

And Billy's a bit more than 1.75 meters. Last I checked, average elf height was a bit over 2.0, wasn't it?

Elves are 1.9 on average thought that's what I put billy at. that's right at 6 feet tall.
ha ha we're not even on the clock yet...besides I'm trying to think of stuff to pass the time until sunday.

I like the pic and airbrushed in the ears. (Plus slimmed his down to more like an elf)
And I will admit, I enjoyed the Matrix trilogy.

See, that sentence made sense until you put the word "trilogy" there at the end of it. I liked The Matrix, too. Just not, y'know, the sequels. ;)

Now c'mon, ya good-fer-nothings. More IC posts, less OOC. *snaps the whip*

That's the point though. I liked all three of the movies. I think the Brothers did a great job of making each movie link to the previous, but not be a cookie cutter of the previous. I think too much adieu is given to the fact that the first was a smashingly brilliant and unique adventure that no sequel could ever live up to. But that's just me. :D

I promised I wouldn't be every other post...I'm trying not to be...I'm trying!!!

I can't find a full body shot of esperanza, so Vertigo is kinda missing still but I'm working on it...hey Red I took artist interpretation on Ammon...trying to keep it looking drawn so we don't have a photograph in the group shot...you want the photo you did in there instead?
oh no the lineup!!!

For me, it wasn't so much that the sequels didn't live up to it, as that they just got weirder and weirder and expected you to keep paying attention. All I was after, personally, was more cool ass-kickery. Instead (much like, for instance, Ghost in the Shell), I kept getting philosophy lessons and stuff.

I'm doing my best to keep from doing the same, trust me. I really dig Billy (which is half the reason I keep giving SR4 a shot), and in addition to having fun just posting with him, I'm eager to do something with him, and see if I made a decent character or not. Plus work's been slow lately (which is why I'm able to post from midnight on, like I do) so I'm always idly checking and rechecking DS to see if there's anything for me to respond to.

Oh no, you guys have been great! There's plenty of player interaction. I'm just trying to make sure this doesn't get into a situation where somebody gets left behind because they can't post as frequently.

For clarification's sake that latest IC post isn't me thinking Billy won't be any help, so no one panic and write me off as worthless. I read over the recruitment stuff and saw full well what I was signing up for. :)

It's just him going "Wow, this sure ain't my normal gig. I normally just get orders, follow those orders and lay down the law, and then go back to wasting time with hookers and Bliss."
