So I see that I'm a Moving Target and other people are various other things. Just curious what are the ratings and how do you move up or down?
And can I have mine changed? I would like the rank of Sitting Duck, Red Shirt (Nah, too Star Trek), or Fish in a Barrel |

For your Title to move up more, post more. You won't be a moving target forever. ('specially if you get hit;)). Next step is Shooting Target. Yay!
As for the special handles, people have them for different reasons. The people in the group Dumpshocked (under your handle there on the left) donated money a few years back for a server. They got shiny new titles. Moderaters have them as well, and other "special" people like the_dunner, who isn't exactly any of those, but is in charge of the Shadowrun Missions section.
