Fistandantilus3.0 asked for an ED game lately and got me in the right mood to set one up. Running games for a single player is only half the fun and madness, so I'm looking for three more players. Don't know where the game will take place exactly and what the main theme will be, I'm open for ideas, wishes and suggestions here.
All I know is that I have the following guidelines for characters: - 75,000 LP spent (that should be enough for an experienced 6th circle character) - 2 minor magic items (thread items) per characterr - no limit on money: tell me what you want and I tell you if you can get it - I'd prefer if characters are created with the Alternative Discipline Mechanics (available on the RedBrick-website: Here) - Detailed background - The characters know each other for longer and have spent the last year together Enough for the start. Let's rock! :) |

Well I PM'd him, we'll see what he says. He might claim to be too busy, He's working on running a Star Wars D6 game for myself and a few others ATM, plus another forum game.
Of course, that really shouldn't be any excuse to not play Eearthdawn. Got that Alex? :D |

Well after Grinder put pressure on me I'm going to have to throw my hat into this ring.
I'll do one of Illusionist Thief Swordmaster They're my favored disciplines. |

Awesome. I was considering a thief/Swordmaster(blade). Defnietly going to have to use the Setup Talent Knack.

I'm too busy to play any TRPGs right now but I think it's pretty cool that somebody is playing Earthdawn. As a show of support I'll re-watch Conan the Barbarian...just for you guys!

I was wondering when you'd chime in. :D I thought we'd have to invoke the name of BoneCrown to get your attention or something.

Yep.
It's Ophis, Fisty and Metatron so far (she just PMed), so one spot is left. What do you wanna play? |

Race will probably be Elf.
Not much of a windling fan. T'skrang may tempt me. So Fistandantilus3.0 do you want thief or illusionist, I'd prefer illusionist. Though swordmaster is always tempting it depends what else we got. |

I do think I'm going to go with thierf/awordmaster(blade) - human. Sounds interesting to me. Think Steven Burst if you know the books, with just a bit more sword skill. ;)

Illusionist it is, depending on which multiclassing we use I may pick up some swordmaster as well. Definitely elf. The character will be showy and talkative (picking up several people talents.)

Metatron, is probably planning on playing a Beastmaster, her preferred discipline, it'll be a dangerous thug with pets based on previous experience.

Makes me curious: which pets will that be?
Btw, you all are familiar with the ADM? If not, you should download it and have a look, it gives much more freedom in customizing your character. :) |
