Also, it looks as though I can go 5 Purifier/4 Elementalist and still boost some stats. I am going to opt out of a thread item for now as I do not remember the rules, have no ideas for an item and would rather get the game going. If Fist3.0 wants to come up with some ideas for me or if ya'll want to chat a bit about thread items, how they work and give out some ideas for my character then I will obviously be very interested.

Perhaps a Spell Matrix Staff and/or a threaded Pouch?

A spell matrix staff is a good idea. There's certainly no requirement for having a thread item, and one of a mage's biggest difficulties is seleting which spells to have in a matrix. That helps a ton.

Sorry for the lack of communication over the last days, I was on more or less spontanous vacation. First with Southerners (Germany, of course) and after that spending a festival with a horde of Brits. Awesome. :grinbig:

Gotta start the game next week. Still some stuff missing, but nothing that prevents from going to the start line and let it run. :)
