I am still playing my stupid gamelink on the flight over the pond! <sobs>
I already purchased my "must-haves" in that regard with my initial resources since they were accessories to implants, including a Savior Medkit. So Rozhenko won't be needed anything more in that department. Maybe the drugs from a good Stimpatch to use in his auto-injector if you deem it necessary. You're the medic afterall, ZenZen. :) I's jus' an ig'nant ol' Riggah. Ronin: I may have missed it in the IC thread, but if possible, can you let me know what the guidelines are going to be as far as vehicle requests go so I can start getting everyone's input on that, too, to save time once Rozhenko finally gets there? |

Actually, I saved the required money to do that very thing, then promptly forgot because I don't have a 'Gear' spot on my sheet. Oh, the perils and pitfalls of being anal! But since they are integral to Ash's implants, he does need that particular item, and would definitely have had prior access to it. |

Vincent will definitly give Ash some sort of vague list of what he'd prefer, but he'll leave all the precises choices to him, even thought he'd be happier working with firearms he's used to. You go ahead and surprise me Fortune ;) Basically: Usual Special Agent loadout; one main sidearm (full side, or compact pistol), and one smaller backup (compact or subcompact...would even go for a small revolver) For hightreat, yet discreet: compact SMG For big bang: a tac shotgun (or a carbine if the shit is really intense) Thats pretty much all I can think of in the firearms dep. |

We'll see what Ash can do. :)
Keep in mind that weaponry also includes all the other 'offensive and defensive goodies' as well. Ash is also the demo guy (as far as I know), so if you need that kind of thing ... I think it's a good idea to throw out some discussion on the other areas of expertise as well ... vehicles, electronics, medical, whatever. We're supposed to have known each other long enough to be able to function as if we are on intimate terms with one another, and so this type of thing would probably be more appropriate here. I'm saving my IC arguments for something else entirely. Non-lethal, my ass! :D Hurry up, Nick! ;) |

Well, Vincent is trained to used all sorts of batons to subdue suspects and such, and is quite agile at grenade throws (things like flashbangs mostly).
As for the rest... nothing comes to mind just yet. |

LOL....yes, you guys will get to have a lot of fun. You get to run Bad Ass SpecOps operators who are playing shadowrunner. Time to show those punks how it's done!
One other thing I want you guys to keep in mind. All of you are feds...which mean you see shadowrunners as the badguys. You can mix and blend, and even get close to other runners, but at the end of the day, Shadowrunners are just misfit terrorist assholes that prey on the weak and deserve nothing better than a bullet in their brainpan. And while a triple digit body count isn't a good idea, all of you are trained to take metahuman life in the course of your mission. You've all done it before, and you'll probably do it again. |

Okay, looks like I'm going to be responsible for procuring vehicles, communications, and drones. If you have any preferences, please let me know. Vehicles will be limited to ones that blend in fairly well; nothing bigger than an SUV or normal Van.
For commlinks, please PM me with exactly what you want and what sort of software you'd like on it. Please keep it reasonable and within "civilian" norms and appropriate to your skill level. :) Same goes for drones if you have any expertise with them (I don't think anyone else does, but though I'd mention it anyway). Thanks in advance. |

Mosby is pretty good with a surgeons knife - functional reserve (13 dice + gear rating) and can drive/fly stuff around. Got great electronics/hacking skills so I need to pick up gear with that, because unlike you guys I didn't think to get it at chargen (damn) And hey if I slot a demo activesoft I can probably do that too. We have a couple of rating 6 skillwires on the team, so every skill we can get a soft for. |

Y'all know what I want. :D Seriously though, set up a network rather than giving everyone (read me :D) control ... and then just assign people crap (or an Agent to do it for them). Unless, that is, the person is of a skill level to be useful. :) |

We didn't get to pick up any 'extra' gear at chargen. Just implant stuff. I don't think Doc even got any Programs of his own (other than maybe some pretty common stuff). |

@Doctor Funkenstein
Vincent doesn't do any hacking or cracking... so he'll only need the basic security stuff to keep his own head safe from hackers, and anything to help along with regular computer/data search stuff. As for vehicles.... cars are always nice. They blend in, you can dispose of them easily. The more generic, the better (read Ford Americar, and not Westwind 2072) |

Yep, and a few bikes would be good. Flight will be Ivans preferred method of transport, but when it comes time to fire up a vehicle, he'd prefer a bike.
And he is good underwater, and casts spells/summons spirits. That's pretty much his only strong specialty. He's not too bad at the other basic skills, but he doesn't have any strong secondary field. |

You still need gear of some type (weapons, armor, electronics, all the other crap not on your sheet), so give us a list of preferences in our various specialties so we can fill your pockets. :)

Alright, here goes:
Any mix of these guns, with pistols as a preference, and the rest just needed in case of heavy assault type-missions...in other words, I'd like the pistols, either the shotgun or the rifle, and the assault rifle would be good in a really bad situation. Of course, the FN-HAR could easily replace either shotgun or rifle. Colt Manhunter S FN Five-seveN smart USAS 12 Remington Bolt Action 700/750 .30-06 Springfield FN-HAR I could use scuba gear, though air tanks wouldn't be a priority, as I can breathe underwater just fine with Oxygenate. Won't help the temperature, though. Let's see...climbing gear and the like won't be needed. A pair of, I guess you'd call them combat gloves, would be nice; you know, the gloves with the heavy duty knuckles built in? Eye and Ear gear would be good, with the whole basic package; varieties of sight options, select sound filter on the earbuds, you know the drill. Magesight goggles would be nice, but again, only selectively useful. If he was provided with climbing gear, he could float ahead, set up the gear, and the rest could climb up easier after; of course, he could always just fly them up himself. That's easy too. Ummm...A bike, like I mentioned before, though that's more a question of style than utility. Medium armor, with a helmet; some optical vision magnification. Some linquisofts would be good, if we're going to use that sort of thing...you know, basic software, like mapsofts and the like. Hand him some sensors, and he can set them up pretty handily using invisibility and flight, though there are plenty of ways to bug a place without magic. Some Stim patches would be good, though if it comes to that, we're screwed anyway, and maybe a few injections of poison or drugs that he could use when invisible to take out sentries, if he doesn't want to risk drain or if we wanted to give a different impression. Alright, I'm out of ideas. That's all I can think of that he could use, and a good chunk of that stuff could be replicated with magic. Having it for the sake of redundancy is good, I suppose. Is that a thorough enough list? ;) Oh, as Ivan lacks any telepathic spells, he may have a habit of using Alter Memory to implant memories of him speaking to you, in the exact same setting as you currently are, at the same or a similar time. That'll be private communication, trying to make the most of my spells, so if he gives you a significant look followed by me typing up "He implants a memory", should we roll with it or roll for it? Not sure what the protocol on that one is. He's essentially making the spell work double duty as a limited one-way communication spell. |

You guys will have a Team Ready Room in the Department of State building where you can do most of your research, prep, and plan for the upcoming mission. You will probably all work from there.
