Am I the only person who pays attention here? Sheesh! ;)
Oh, and I'm sure he'll love me and my SUV/van full of random stuff. And I mean full. Oh... Can we buy insurance? I'm worried that somebody'll blow up my van. :( moose knows why this would cause me worry. I think. |

Nope, I noticed the Day Job bit, too.
And a van? Pfft. You should have made something cooler! We get all the fun toys. Any runner can have a twinked out van.... but an APC, Heavy Transport, or Thunderbird... aww yeah, baby! (I'm just giving you a hard time. I bought a friggin' bike myself.) :D |

Yes, you can buy insurance. Look up today's vehicle insurance and report back to me, and I'll do some thinking because I'm really lazy.
And, you know you can keep that stuff on base, right? |

They have a simple rule in the Sprawl Survivor's Guide for insurance. Basically, just take 10% of the vehicle/lifestyle/whatever and bam, there's your insurance premium per month. For vehicles, I'd personally rule that it only applies to the base cost of the vehicle, but that's just me.

That sounds rockzors.
Consider it done, but I'll apply it to the accesories as well, since, you know, you'll want those back. |

Is it a personal vehicle or one the military issued? If the latter, why bother with insurance at all? As long as someone steals it while on base, the military should be compensating for any damage/loss occured on a mission. Or at least I'd imagine so.

And I mean when I don't mean for it to 'splode. |

You realize no insurance company in the world's going to insure the van and the explosives you carry in it... heck, most won't touch it with a ten foot pole if they know you carry explosives. They'll cover the van itself, and not even that if it's got obvious mods...
I mean, if they insured boom boom, I'd make sure to cover my vehicles, then car bomb the enemy :P |

Well, that is a point. But you don't need to insure everything on it.

I'm talking military insurance, mainly. Will they replace my gear if some guy manages to light it up just right?

Military does off insurance, but not of gear you're going to use on a mission.
If you use personal gear and clear it with the Quartermaster, they'll get a replacemetn. |

Outside of things like his bike, personal lifestyle, daily wardrobe, and walkman, is there anything on Joaquin Laughing-Snow's equipment list that wouldn't be covered?

No. But keep in mind that the coverage only applies to stuff that the military is taking care of- stored in the Inventory or used, with Quartermaster's approval on a mission.

Hey, a question:
What's the difference between the Lakota, Dakota, and Nakota tribes? |

They are really three different tribes, united by language. That's about it. In the Nation, they are considered one tribe.

From SoNA, the tribal affiliation breakdown (63% of the total population having one) is:
35% Cherokee (Tsalagi) 21% Sioux 9% Choctaw 5% Creek 5% Chickasaw 5% Blackfoot 20% Other (Arapaho, Crow, Seminole, Cree, and Cheyenne, as well as fragments of Ojibwa, Mohawk, Apache, and Navajo) Languages are: 90% English 14% Dakota 11% Lakota 10% Cherokee (Tsalagi) Seeing as how I'm fairly familiar with the Cherokee (location, location, location), Jason Runningdeer is one of them ;) |

Can't remember what I got, but I don't think it was a Battletac link. I think it was just a headset radio.
