Okay, clearly this thread fell into a coma. I blame myself; I should have been doing more to promote discussion rather than letting people hold off for ridiculous amounts of time. If nobody says a word before Saturday I'm taking the reigns and finalizing the rules, taking what's in the book and adding missing parts based off of what's been posted so far, filling in gaps as needed.
